The property is situated close to downtown and the rooms are ample in size. The owner of the property (Maria) was especially receptive to the smallest details to improve the property and was super nice. The whole staff was very helpful.

This is a new and nice place to stay. Transportation is easy since distances in Ags are close enough. The rooms and services are very good and the food was also good. I requested a change of room and the staff was very friendly and efficient to implement

The staff were incredibly friendly, kind, and helpful throughout our stay. They always made sure we had everything we needed. We understood the pool was under maintenance, especially with the chilly weather. Overall, we had a great experience and would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Aguascalientes. We’ll absolutely be back!

This is the second time we stay at the Hilton Garden Inn, and every time we r satisfied with our stayed. Staff are awesome, cleanliness awesome, we just love staying here.

The hotel and staff are great ! other than that the bed's need to be better seem to be a little bit to old and hard :( I have to say the hotel is in a great location ! the girls up front are not vert attentive ,but Efren is very pleasant was alway's asking if we were ok ,a nd in need of something . really appreciate him very much ! Hotel is very clean !

I've stayed here several times. Great breakfast buffet both Mexican and US. Wonderful selection of fruit and juices, omlets, and much more. Beautiful pool and covered outdoor area overlooking the pool where you can enjoy a drink or meal. Lots of shopping within walking distance. Large mall plus walmart and Sam's and more.
