The reception guy was amazing with us we have to be at 3:30 am we don't have the transportation at that time and he resolved my problem I feel so protected I travel with my 2 kids they make you feel welcome I really recommend this place they have a great view and customer service.

La habitación es proporcional a lo que pagas, no es mala las instalaciones pero siento que pueden mejorar. En cuanto a la ubicación es muy buena y altamente recomendable, si tu fin en Aguascalientes es con fines de trabajo es recomendable este hotel. Obtienes lo que pagas en este hotel

El baño y sus accesos son muy reducidos con espacio muy pequeño para mover la puerta y una silla de ruedas o un andador , el refrigerador estaba desconectado y por consecuencia se derritió el hielo del congelador , en ambas habitaciones había agua derramada y en la habitación 505 la duela ya se está levantando

Hotel funcional para pasar la noche, cama cómoda; tuvimos problemas al check in ya que el hotel no contaba con las habitaciones reservadas disponibles se tuvo que pagar diferencia para podernos acomodar en las habitaciones disponibles; en el desayuno dejo bastante que desear no había cubiertos disponibles y/o platos tuvimos que esperar, las mesas sucias y los alimentos frios o no habia y se tardo bastante en resurtir optamos por desayunar en otro lugar
