While I had a hard time knowing where to park, once I got to the reception area staff provided the pass for free parking and gave me instructions on how to reach the appropriate lot. Location is exceptionally good. The hotel itself is quiet but I could not put that in the rating because the night I was there, there was loud music two blocks away that went on until 23h on a Thursday night. Not the property’s fault. Many restaurants were busy and I highly recommend reservations for dinner. "

"First, what is in the name - imagine someone who raved hard in Ibiza in the 90s - and what they would look like now - that would be a pretty accurate description of facilities. Still hip, but worn by time. If a bit of shabbiness around the edges bothers you, look elsewhere. In all other respects - a great find. Stayed for a week-long ski vacation in a group of 30 people, had half-board included - excellent food, very friendly staff, easy 2 minute shuttle ride to the Diablo lift (or 10 minute walk). Big lounge area to hang out after dinner, and a big separate play area for kids and teens to entertain themselves."
