"We had a great say but some things you should know. It is a 3 story townhouse. Garage on main level, 2nd level is kitchen and living area, third level is bedrooms. A lot of stairs. Nothing is child proofed so remember that if you have small children. Very close to highway but also very quiet. Close to lots of things including IKEA, the aquarium, shopping and dining. Beds were comfortable but on the softer side. Does have both a washer and drier on 3rd level. Kitchen is functional. Stovetop glass is cracked but still works. Well appointed enough to cook basic meals. Has a Keurig, a regular coffee maker and a hot pot to boil water for tea. We had the misfortune of having the main bedroom smoke detector chirp low battery at 6:45 Am on Christmas Eve. Maintenance guy was off for the day but the owner instacarted a battery to the property by 11:00 AM. Slept soundly that night. Awesome, and the owner is super responsive. I would rent this property again."
