"The building and rooms were very well kept. Car park was pretty rough"

"Extra pillow in room and blanket"

"On first appearance this looks like an upmarket period property. We were in the garden wing which is not attached to the main building, so you have to go outside to get back in the main building for breakfast etc. Our room was large, but the bed was barely big enough for two people, so even turning over was a problem. The main problem however was the smell. As we opened the door it smelt like we'd entered a swimming pool - the chlorine smell was overpowering. With hindsight I should have gone...

"Lena was a wonderful receptionist. She went above and beyond."

"الموقع ممتاز .. ولكن الغرف صغيرة نسبيا"

"I stayed for a night in early August. Had an evening meal for which there was no ‘service’ charge added. I stayed again at the end of August & had an evening meal only this time there was a ‘service’ charge of 10% added. I challenged this only to be told “it is on the menu”. It was not ‘on the menu’. The charge was returned but why was it there to start with & nothing to alert you to what I was later told was a discretionary payment! The receptionist on each visit was fantastic. "We enjoyed our stay. Hotel seems to be an older place, but very well kept. Bathroom is modern. Very comfortable beds. Clean and quiet. Staff very friendly and helpful. I would not hesitate to return."

"シャワーが弱い"

"Very clean and well kept plus some food for early mornings:)"

"Very cool property. Nice bar and restaurant."

"The pods were amazing and comfortable."

"Room was kept clean Staff were wonderful and helpful Kitchen was appalling, so didn’t use Didn’t have a car but parking appeared good I had no clue this was a hostel when I booked so was taken a back on arrival. Sadly because of the time of year nothing else was available. I left 2 days early If you’re desperate for somewhere to sleep it’s fine. Shared toilets and showers was not wonderful especially since I was as booked for 2 weeks. I survived"

"Nice hotel and staff was very accommodating."

"We loved our stay and wish we’d had more time. The room was beautifully decorated and very clean. We felt instantly relaxed and at home. The breakfast was delicious and so filling. The hosts were extremely helpful and so personable. If we ever return to Stirling, we will certainly return here!"

"Staff were friendly, helpful, and accommodating. Hotel itself is a little tired. Bed was like staying in my in-laws spare bedroom, on their old bed. Bathroom fan didn’t work and the ceiling was mouldy. Quiet environment about a 35 min walk from train station and old town."

"Breakfast"

"All very modern and clean."
