Hotel is a bit far from the city center. Driving is about 15-30 min pending on traffic and hours of the day. Not much around the hotel in terms of restaurants or shoppings. Staff in the hotel is very friendly and professional. Check-in was easy. We had one day housecleaning forgot to clean our room 😞 but the night manager Yohann came quickly and provide some services to tidying up the room.

Nice hotel with very friendly staff and modern facilities. Good breakfast and clean pool. The rooms to the street are a bit noisy as the air condition is located underneath. I really liked the hotel and had a nice experience.

Property is a little outside of town but near Rugby Stadium Short uber ride if needed. Breakfast at the hotel was very nice. Rooms are very clean and hotel is well-maintained.

Very nice and clean hotel. There were very good dining and other amenity options. The only drawback was the elevator being inoperable. The proximity to Aix-en-Provence was good as well as the lavender fields.

Great hotel a little out of the old town but right on the bus route so easy to get around Really comfortable and clean and spacious rooms and nice common areas Bar service great - just don’t order coffee which is over priced and not good But a bakery is in the next block :-)

We did book a superior room, but we got an accessible room on the ground floor. It was fine just no bed lighting, and a nasty view of the bins. The staff though were excellent and just 25 min walk into old AIX, I would stay again but would prefer a room with a view on a higher floor.

The pool was a welcome respite from the incredibly hot temperatures. The breakfast buffet was the best I’ve seen over the past 3 weeks in France. The staff was friendly and accommodating. The room was everything I wanted it to be. Comfy bed and pillows and spacious beyond belief. Was facing highway but never heard a sound.
