This is a very nice property close to old town Aix. It’s very walkable with lots of restaurants and shops in the area. The staff are wonderful and the indoor pool was a big plus for our children. My only complaint is that the family room is rather small for a family of four and next time I would investigate suite options.

Traveling with my blind mother and 5 year old daughter, we were warmly welcomed - our room was huge and beautiful and there were some lovely surprises waiting for my little girl. She was delighted and so are we. We would recommend this hotel to anyone. Gorgeous!

Wow is the world to describe this hotel. Exceptional might be another one. I can not believe the level attention to detail, luxury & service. Every single member of staff we encountered from the valet team, the luggage transporters, reception staff & breakfast staff were remarkably kind, fun and friendly as well as helpful. This is the BEST hotel we have ever stayed in our lives… and we have stayed in many fancy and expensive hotels during our lives and this one beats them all. Do not book anywhere else for your stay. As a family of three we are sad we didn’t stay the whole week for our trip. We will back. Well done to EVERYONE. 10/10 for everything. Merci!!!!!!!
