Nice, quiet and clean. Helpful staff. Close to canal du Midi. Kinda far from the metro if you're old or have a difficult time walking. If you're healthy, you can walk to downtown and the banks of the Garonne. Breakfast wasn't bad. Bed is between firm and soft. I thought it was comfortable.

We did not know that you could absolutely not get your room cleaned unless you stay a week. We were there three nights and all of our trash cans were overflowing. We had to get clean towels by switching out our dirty ones at the reception. Also there was no soap in the room. Every day we had to ask for a tiny bar of soap that was good for one shower. Pillows were bad. We bought our own pillows in town. Location was good. Short walk to the main area of town.

Place lovely. Reception young woman a little bad tempered and borderline rude. Claimed garage door not working was our issues despite us having followed all instructions. Other staff lovely, friendly and helpful.

I was pleased with the well-equipped kitchen and other facilities. The staff were all very kind and helpful. I understood that the sheets would be changed every five days and the room would not be cleaned, but I was not informed that I would have to request towel changes. I was also unsure about how to dispose of garbage.

Good vibe - newly furnished and well designed room

Everything newly decorated and well designed. So happy I could open the window wide in my room. Liked the heated towel rack in bathroom. Friendly staff at reception. Actually I’d have liked something in the lobby area like book exchange/ coffee making facility/coffee & snacks machine or even free coffee available to make it a communal place to chill out in.

Very comfortable-pity about the kitchen.

Very pleasant, fabulously comfortable bed and pillows, but if you are serious about cooking, find another aparthotel…no cooking utensils, saucepans without lids and nothing to clean the pots and plates (I enquired-they expect room service to do it, which is not very practical, nor very nice in my view).

Studio was very spacious with a kitchenette and loved the entertainment options (can connect to chromecast). They offer luggage storage before check-in so that’s really helpful as well. The shower didn’t have a door/curtain so water can splash out when showering. The location is further out from city center so it’s really quiet at night, which is great, and it’s only a short 10-15 min walk to everything in city center.

What a nightmare! We arrived at 9pm and didn’t get into a room until 10:30. No driveway, and the parking garage was blocked by four full-sized fire trucks—nowhere to go. We parked on the street with hazards and walked into total chaos: people in pajamas, dogs, crying babies, and one elderly woman yelling and trying to cut what was supposed to be a line. After 45 minutes, I finally get to speak to someone at front desk… only to be told their system is down and I’m treated like I’m the problem. They charge me for parking and a minor city fee, but their card machines are down. One staffer asks if I’ll pay in the morning (duh, I’m checking out then), but another guy (wearing a graffiti-print t-shirt, not a uniform or name tag) says they can’t trust me and asks me to leave my car title as collateral. You can’t make this up. Finally, I get a key, only to find it’s the wrong room and reeks of urine. After another trip to the lobby, I get reassigned, grab my things (with no help), and head to the new room… only for Graffiti Tee to stop me and say that room’s also wrong. Third room finally works… barely. Clogged sink, hairs in the shower, dirty towel, and a blood-stained pillow. Not exaggerating. The fire? Not their fault. But everything else? Rude, disorganized, and completely lacking basic hospitality or professionalism—especially during a crisis. Never again. Missed dinner because by the time we were in our room, everything was closed.
Pee on the floor. Didn’t get cleaned up nor was there a “caution - wet floor” sign.
