Beautiful sea view apartment, in residence, ideal for couple with or without children

  • ideally located, entrance of city with quick access to the sea, 6th and last floor with 2 terraces (view port of ajaccio and side kitchen view mountain) in a residence very calm with collective parking, trade nearby. very nice apartment with wooden floors in all rooms (except kitchen) and very well equipped.
    Possibility 4 beds with a sofa bed, possibility cot. Bus stop at the foot of the residence, line 3 direct city center. Apartment equipped with Wi-Fi. A large 160/200 bed room with large wardrobe, very large living room with TV gd screen and DVD player. Kitchen very well equipped, washing machine, dishwasher, microwave ..... the apartment is through so very airy summer.

L'appartement confortable correspond à la description. Toutefois il est impératif d'avoir une voiture, car il y a en effet un arrêt de bus en bas de l'immeuble, mais le dernier passe à 19h20, et le centre ville n'est pas à 20 mm comme l'avait indiqué l'hôte, mais a 45 mm, soit une marche d'une heure et demie allée retour C'est un élément important a prendre en compte sous peine de se retrouver bloqué tous les soirs où de prendre des taxis honéreux.

Das Beste an der Wohnung ist der Blick.Die Küche ist nicht gut ausgestattet und war teilsweise sehr ungepflegt, Kochfeld, Backofen, und Arbeitsfächen sehr fettig und verspritzt, alles musste erst mal von uns gesäubert werden, sehr ärgerlich.Im Bad haben Abdeckungen für Abflussrohre bei Waschbecken und Badewanne gefehlt und mussten von uns gekauft werden, man möchte ja nicht, dass etwas in den Abfluss fällt. Bett unbequem und mit Plastikbezug bezogen, Decke zu dünn und nicht wärmend, schade.

un séjour très agréable

dès notre arrivée à l'aéroport, nous avons été accueilli par Monsieur Etorri. Nous nous sommes très vite sentis à l'aise dans son bel appartement où rien ne manque. Tout est propre et fonctionnel. Nous avons particulièrement apprécié les deux balcons, l'un côté mer et l'autre avec vue sur la montagne.La Corse mérite bien son nom d'île de beauté.

Un appartement tout à fait fonctionnel et propre. Ce qui manque, c'est la climatisation car la nuit le vent est presque nul, alors il fait chaud dans la chambre et plus ou moins embêtant pour dormir. Par contre, bien situé et surtout deux terrasses qui permet de se poser l'une ou l'autre selon l'ensoleillement. Très satisfait de cet appartement.

Toute la beauté de la Corse

Séjour très agréable dans un appartement très joli,bien situé dans Ajaccio avec une terrasse avec une magnifique vue sur le Port. Le propriétaire M Ettori est un monsieur très gentil, à l écoute ainsi que Virginie qui s occupe de l entretien de l appartement. Nous comptons bien revenir en Corse et bien sûr réserver à nouveau l appartement de M Ettori. Grâce à vous notre séjour restera inoubliable et nous en remercions.

Super hôte pour un superbe appartement

Apparemment superbe, moderne et super spacieux. Nous étions agréablement surprises par la taille de l’appartement. La vue était imprenable et le coucher de soleil dans les montagnes fut notre vue préférée tous les soirs. Le propriétaire était adorable, extrêmement convenant et vraiment à l’écoute. Accueil très agréable avec sa fille. L’arrêt de bus en bas de l’appartement facilite la vie et la boulangerie et le spar dans la rue également. Nous reviendrons sans aucun doute!
