We enjoyed our stay at this hotel as it is in a very convenient location (<5 minutes from the JR station). The staff were nice and we were checked in fairly quickly. There are 4 laundry machines for this hotel to be used by the guests and we did not experience any long wait times. The only thing I was not a fan of were the pillows as they were kind of hard and not comfortable to sleep on.

Everything I wanted

I used this hotel for an overnight stop between the Shinkansen journey from Tokyo, and travel to Hirosaki on the Resort Shirakami train. It was conveniently close to Akita JR Station, and a pleasant place to stay.

It's a clean and large room. The breakfast has many choices and very good. I walled around city of Akita. Every place is nice walking distance. The staffs are very kind and knowledgeable in the area, and helped me a lot.

The hotel is literally a 5 minute walk from Hakodate Stn. (Not Shin Hakodate Stn). It’s a cost effective stay with a free breakfast when I stayed. Only has one lift though. So you may have to wait to get to your floor.
