Friendly and quick check in. It was late but the front desk was friendly and it was quick. Breakfast was decent. Clean rooms and we forgot a wallet and they resolved it quickly.

When i firat checked in and went to my room there was damage to the carpet, drapes, walls, couch, and more. The bed looked like someone already slept in it. I asked for a diffrent room and was moved to a room with no couch or microwave. The overwhelming smell of cigarettes smoke made me nauseous. I took photos of everything in both rooms and showed it to the staff. I asked to cancel my reservation was was told once a request was sent over they would approve the cancelation. Then they denied the cancelation after i left and charged me the full stay amount. Worst hotel and staff ever.

Worst hotel

I was so disappointed with everything about the hotel. The bed was so slanted on the left side that I could hardly get into bed and my body wanted to roll off all night. The carpets were badly worn, the bathroom was smelly and in much need of repair. The shower curtain wouldn't stay closed and it made it hard to take a shower. The room had a bad odor, there was a dog barking down the hall, a child screaming at a parent around 11 pm, a woman yelling loudly right around the same time. THe sheets were clean, I'll give it that. It was the worst hotel I have ever stayed in. I felt the the owners bought it and decided to make as much money as possible off of it without making any upgrades or repairs. I will never stay here again.

this hotel is states there is a pool and breakfast included, pool was closed for some reason and there was no breakfast. The staff at check-in and out were nice and polite, however the entire place was shocking filthy, the grounds surrounding and the inside also. I checked for bugs the second I got to our room and there was no sign of them, thankfully

Staff was nice! However gym and pool area are not very nice. Pool was very warm and comfortable! Hot tub wasn’t working. We needed towels in our room and for pool was told there should be some for pool area however they weren’t so I had to go to desk to get some and had to wait in line for 20 minutes to even ask for one and then they didn’t have any available there as well so I ended up waiting for 45 minutes for a towel just to go swimming for 15 minutes. Key cards often didn’t work. Beds were comfortable.

Firstly checking in was easy and quick. Unfortunately though on their website it says $10 per night for pet fee but when we got there they said it’s $50 per night, that “there was an update” which is false advertising. Then the hotel room was dirty and we couldn’t even use the freezer as it was full of old food and hair. Housing keeping seemed to have only one person so it took forever to receive service. Also, the elevators were out of service which really sucked for my spouse since he was on crutches. For some reason the key cards kept going out, so we had to keep going downstairs to get them working again just to get in our room, which was a hassle considering the elevators weren’t working. The WiFi not only sucks but also does not allow certain apps or websites so we had to download a VPN just to watch Disney Plus on my tablet. Other than that the good we got out of our stay was that it was close to many dining options, shopping and gas stations, the pool hours were late so late night swimming was great and the pool was warm, and the water gets really hot which made showers enjoyable.

If you only need to sleep for about 2-3 hours I recommend this place. If you are staying for more than a day don’t do it!!!!!!! When you first walk in you are greeted by (proper term) ladies of the night real word hookers. The site says they have 24 hour complimentary shuttle to and from the airport but they lied. I called from airport the man said they weren’t working at the time so I went back in the morning to a ride to the airport rental car place. The lady told me they don’t have a shuttle at all. Couldn’t get to my floor on the elevator because the number 3 button was missing. Hair was on the ceiling of the showers tubs were no bueno. Comforter had some unrecognizable stain on it. Tv channels were crap. I must admit the rooms were spacious and it came with a balcony. That’s it that’s all!!!!

WORST HOTEL EXPERIENCE OF MY LIFE

I booked this hotel for a night while I was traveling from MD to MI. Just me and my two service dogs. I was already going through some very difficult things in my personal life, and I just needed to stop for the night before continuing the other half of my 16 hour drive the next morning. Hotel was difficult to find, parking lot was ridiculous to navigate. When I finally parked, I saw the nice looking bar/lounge area through the glass doors, and thought that this was going to be a well deserved break. Oh how wrong I was. Not only was the lobby and hallways full of children age 4-16, soaking wet from the pool, running around and causing disruptions, but when I tried to check in, the woman at the front desk DEMANDED I show paperwork for my service dogs. Which is ILLEGAL regardless of the state you're in. She then argued with me and demanded I pay a $20 pet fee in cash, which was odd to me. They didn't have the room I booked online, so I was up charged for a two bed room that I didn't need. Hotel smelled awful/DIRTY Bar/lounge was closed before 9 pm, which was upsetting. This hotel is NOT disability friendly OR accessible. My dogs will not use an elevator, so I had to ask multiple employees where the stairs were to my floor. Different answers from each employee. I got lost having to walk down dark, scary, dirty, unsafe hallways, to stairwells just alike. Confusing to navigate, EXHAUSTING for a person with DISABILITIES. I don't have the space to finish this, but it was all awful.

The room was pretty cool the only three thing I can say they jacuzzi didn’t work the water was just hot no jets was working and they didn’t have no towels for the pool room or extra towels in the room when you asked for it and they pull out bed in our was very messed up overall it was a nice little place to take my son swimming for his bday I would stay there again just hopefully when we do stay again the jacuzzi is working properly

When we got there the lady at the front desk was rude. The room was obviously not cleaned thoroughly. There was a condom by the couch, luckily it was still in the package. There was a huge stain on the couch. They advise that they have breakfast and that was a key factor that I wanted for this hotel. When I got there they told me that they don't serve breakfast. The deposit was 150 and I certainly don't think that it was worth it. 2/10 experience
