"The pool was ok but there’s no shower near by the pool to take a shower to avoid dirtying the inside villa.There was a heavy water leak from the ceiling in the bathroom which was a nightmare and it happened very early morning and the water was everywhere in the bedrooms"

"The checkin was terrible. No crowd control. The queue was spread over. People from behind were helped to checkin before us in queue. Took 2 hours to get the room. The floors in the rooms were so dusty not cleaned for a while looked like. Washroom shattaf was flimsy and not clean. Parking lots not marked so everyone parked wherever they wanted.
