The breakfast menu was good. The room was not very clean. It needed to vacuum better, and and some trash on the floor. Also when we went to the pool the 1st evening, there were no pool towels, so I asked bathe girl in the front desk and she was very rude and did not look like she wanted to be ...

They cleaned it everyday so we came back with fresh towels and the bed made. Staff was always friendly.

Explore the great outdoors at Santa Ana National Wildlife Refuge, a lovely green space in Alamo. Visit the cathedral or attend a sporting event in this family-friendly area.
I wish we had a better view as our view consisted of an abandoned house with graffiti. I think if the hotel was spruced up with fresh paint and new furniture, it would be more presentable. I’m glad the staff was friendly and professional.
Ask about pets being close to your room, for me it’s important to be in a quiet environment to sleep well, and the barking did upset me. Room is spacious, clean, and breakfast service is delicious.
Maybe should have additional security or staff to ensure other guests maintain noise at lower levels.
