This hotel is in perfect location with sea just a step away. The food is nice too. Staff are friendly. Room is lush and so comfy. It was cleaned every day. Cleopatra beach is amazing. The Caves and Cable cars are only 10 min walk i clude the museum. I will happily return there in the future.

Great location

After an initial error caused by Hotels.com, the manager and team went out of their way to make my stay easy. They were very kind, and because of them I would stay there again. The property is in a fabulous location for buses, Kleopatra beach and the castle. There are sunny balconies, and they are very kind to cats which is so important to the European market. A+++++

Hotel with a good location

Hotel was nice and perfectly located for my needs. Receptionist on arrival was kind and welcoming. Unfortunately the room had very bad soundproofing and the noise coming from neighbor room and the restaurant in front of the hotel made it hard to sleep - and I'm not a light sleeper. Bathroom had mold around the sink and the shower had some mineral buildup, that showed the cleaning has been sloppy for a while. Overall the stay was okay, but because of the mold I wouldn't choose the hotel again.

Having visited Turkey over 20 times, I can confidently say that my experience at Kleopatra Blue Hawaii Hotel has been the most exceptional by far. From the moment I arrived, I felt an immediate sense of warmth and welcome that is rare to find, even after many travels. The hotel itself is beautiful and perfectly maintained, but what truly sets it apart is the people. The owner and staff treated me not just as a guest, but as part of their family. Their genuine hospitality and care created an atmosphere that felt like home — something I had never experienced at any other hotel before. Every detail, from the comfortable accommodations to the attentive service, reflected their deep commitment to ensuring each guest feels valued and relaxed. It was more than just a stay; it was an unforgettable experience of true Turkish hospitality. I cannot thank the team at Kleopatra Blue Hawaii Hotel enough for making my trip so special. I am already looking forward to returning to Alanya again and staying there. Thanks.

Mutfaktaki bozdolaplarının dış ünitelerinden çıkan gürültü 24 saat odaların içinde inliyor; otelden dışarı çıksam da biraz dinlenebilsem diyorsunuz; balkon kapısını kapatmak fayda sağlamıyor. Resimler yanıltıcı; yol tarafındaki restoranı otel müşterilerinin kahvaltı veya akşam yemeği için kullandırmıyorlar. Otel odaları mağara gibi, 3 metre öteki diğer otelle karşı karşıya. Müşterilerilerin kullanabileceği bir cafe tarzı oturma yeri yok. Yazmışlar ancak sonradan farkettim, odalarda klima ve internet için ilave ödeme talep ediyorlar. Temizlikte sıkıntı yok, personel iyi.

Skuffet over oppholdet ved Blue Hawaii

Jeg er skuffet etter besøket. Rengjøringen var veldig dårlig, og det ble vasket veldig sent på dagen. Dette ofte da vi kom tilbake fra stranden og ville slappe av på hotellrommet, dusje og ordne oss for kvelden. En dag ble det heller ikke rengjort i det hele tatt. Jeg fikk kjeft av vaskedamen for å kaste håndklær på gulvet, og beskjed om at det kun ble byttet håndklær hver tredje dag. Dette hadde jeg ikke fått beskjed om ved innsjekk, og det sto heller ingenting om det. Reisefølget mitt som også hadde to rom, fikk nye håndklær hver dag. Bufeen var også så som så, lite utvalg og ofte tam brus. For å legge til noe positivt så var det et hyggelig og serviceminded personalet, sett bortifra vaskedama som tidligere nevnt.

It was a good stay in general except some things like my booking was all inclusive and when I arrived to the hotel reception said that we have only breakfast included. I showed my reservation and price for all inclusive but reception still told me the same thing. Because of them I lost 2 days of all inclusive while they were trying to find out what exactly I have in my reservation and last day of check out they confirmed that I have all inclusive but it was too late. I extended my stay there but already with only breakfast to not get same problem. We had nice room with sea view and cleaning was daily.

Cold and dirty hotel

The hotel experience is really bad. Firstly, we stayed at the beginning of March 2021 and it was freezing cold in the room so we needed to pay the extra fee to switch on the conditioner (it's not included). What else is really strange that there aren't any blankets and duvet covers. There were only dirty covers for the bad and frayed sheets. The breakfast was poor, for example, chocolate paste was from the last year so it was impossible to eat it cause it was like a stone. So I don't recommend this hotel Attached is the photo of what was instead of proper blanket
