Overall good experience. I would recommend.

Overall it was a great experience. Staff were all friendly and the hotel itself was good for the price. Areas that needed some work was the food (I have high culinary expectations) and the bed sheets were very rough. Also, I didn’t like that I had to pay extra to have my clothes ironed as there was no iron in the room. This was an additional paid service. Otherwise, if you are looking for a good all inclusive hotel without breaking the bank then this is a good option in the heart of Alanya.

We have stayed at this hotel before. In the main it was a good stay for the price. Very limited entertainment which was an issue for guests with children. In four days ice cream was only served once and entertainment in the evening only once. Food options were a little limited, but always possible to find something to eat. Staff seemed generally to be not very happy with a few exceptions. Saw staff drop cutlery on a number of occasions and just pick it off the floor and put it out for use. Shuttle to the beach was useful and beach area was pleasant with free sunbeds and umbrellas.

We stayed at the hotel for 10 days.When we were about to leave, we discovered that we didn't have enough new clothes Which we bought. We thought that our things. Maybe they were left with our friends rooms. When we returned home and called our friends, we realized that things had disappeared not only from us, but from them too.. If anyone ever decides to stay at this hotel, watch your things carefully, because there is theft there.

Kleopatra Ramira- a wonderful holiday in the sun

We arrived very late and the hotel’s reception made us feel immediately welcome. We were taken to our rooms and a simple, late supper was laid out for us. The room was clean and tidy, spacious and the bathroom had a large shower. The staff were amazing, working long hours to ensure we had the best holiday possible. As it is an all inclusive hotel, all our meals were provided. Breakfast, lunch, afternoon tea and dinner. There was always a good selection of food on offer. A special mention to Mehmet, (our singing waiter) who was so attentive and Ziki, the restaurant manager, for his warm hospitality. Alanya itself is well located for the sea and is close to Kleopatra Beach, a very long stretch of sand, complete with bars, restaurants, cafes, bars and shops, it is lively, but also full of families. We did not expect much from this holiday, after so many cancellations, we were sceptical that we would even get there, but we did, and it was definitely worth the wait.

Gezellige all inclusief familie hotel net buiten het centrum. Zeer beleefde en behulpzame personeel. Op het strand zijn er bedjes gereserveerd. Er is een goede shuttleservice naar het strand en terug. Prima all inclusief prijs kwaliteit verhouding. Echte aanrader.

Ruime kamers , vriendelijk personeel van keuken tot bar , receptie en poest , allemaal even vriendelijk , vooral een dikke pluim aan Okan , staat altijd met een lach achter de bar . Eten is niet zo ruim als in andere 4 sterren . Maar voor elk wat wils en lekker op smaak . Enige minpuntje is de afstand naar het centrum . Maar dat weet je op voorhand .

Ankom kl 4om morgenen og ble anvist et værelse vagest o stueetagen med 2 single senge, havde booket et værelse med dobbeltseng, det værste var at de ikke kunne tilbyde andet før efter kl 10 og at det lå lige overfor mini kids room, derfor valgte vi at forlade stedet og de ville jævnfør deres politik ikke refundere pengene, så ikke et sted jeg kan anbefale
