Overall, we really enjoyed our stay. The staff were extremely hard working and accommodating. Typhoon provided great entertainment and the chef did a great job with meals. Food was fresh with lots of options He was also friendly and chatted with guests. The rooms were okay. They were small and a bit outdated. The bathroom needs renovation. Overall, the building is being renovated bit by bit so hopefully they will be updated in the future.

We booked this hotel after having a bad experience with a different hotel on kleopatra beach and we are so happy we did. The hotel is very clean and upto date with modern features. The property has 3 pools 1 big and 2 small. Also one with a slide. The pool bars are very good but not much choice alcohol wise. We couldn’t fault the staff they were very accommodating especially with our 2 year old child. The only thing what we thought let’s this hotel down is the food. It’s mostly eggs,salad and bread but apart from that the hotel is really good don’t be put off by that as there is snacks during the day which are really tasty

This hotel conditions unfortunately very bad because i think over 30 years bulding ,inside building falling parts pools very old small ,room furniture as well shower tub ,head,door very old and very bad shape, food appetizers ok but meals under average deserts as well fruits good i like watermelon, breakfast ok but table, chair,coffee ,tea machine very old, sea is ok but beach stony i highly recommend turkish bath, sauna,massage ,Alanya nights

Kokonaisuudellaan hotelli oli todella kiva ja sijainti oli mainio. Oma hamam oli parasta ja ruoka todella hyvää! Myös puhdasta oli. Ainoa miinus oli huono äänieristys, puolalaisten karaokehuuto kuului ja seinänaapurin lemmen äänet.

Zwei Tage hintereinander gab es Hühnchenmenüs. Wir haben uns vergiftet. Jetzt kommen wir krank zurück. Durchsagen in der Türkei erfolgen auf Russisch und Englisch. Türkische Durchsagen gibt es meist nicht. Die Aufmerksamkeit gegenüber Ausländern ist groß. Türkische Staatsbürger werden nicht berücksichtigt. Trinkgeld ist ok. Das Meer war sehr wellig. Man muss morgens um 6 Uhr zum Pool rennen, um ihn zu benutzen.

Super ferie. Skal jeg finde hår i suppen så er det 1: at all incl ikke dækkede sodavand/øl på stranden 2: at det ikke var muligt at få kaffe hele dagen. Stranden er fantastisk og super god service af strand personalet. Stedet ligger meget centralt i forhold til strand/shopping. Alt i alt kan stedet varmt anbefales

Helt ok men inte lika bra som Monart hotell

Högljudd matsal. Endast en liten hiss. Personalen var inte otrevlig, men heller inte särskilt gästvänliga. Bra och fräsch mat i matsalen. Rent I rummen, men ganska lyhört då folk pratade i utanför rummet. Dåligt att det inte fanns bar vid stranden som det gjorde på andra hotell i närheten

Vidunderligt sted.

Det var et skønt ophold, alle ansatte der var så venlige og søde. Som en familie, kan ikke huske navnet på deres manager. Men hun var sendt fra himlen, sådan en dejlig og venlig energi. Deres spa var også helt i top, var dernede flere gange og fik top service. Kæmpe fan!

Det var ett så nedgånget i hotellet. Dessutom blev tyvärr flera i familjen dåliga i magen pga maten. Det behöver inte bero på hotellet utan värmen den veckan. Det låg mellan 37-42 grader varje dag

Бронировал на выходные, слегка уставший отель, на 4 не тянет. Брал по системе все включено, пиво в баре на пляже только платное, этой информации при заказе нет, детям газировку наливают в очень маленькие бумажные стаканчики - по моему издевательство. С едой проблем нет, есть что покушать но особого выбора нет. Вход в воду не удобный, резкая глубина в 3 метрах, есть большие камни где можно поранить ноги (что я и сделал 2 раза). Живу в Турции полтора года, периодически выбираюсь в разные отели.

banyoda sıvı sabunluğa şampuan konulmasını eleştiriyorum ve ilkgün minibara su konulup bir daha konulmamasıda eleştiriyorum. diğer yönleriyle iyiyidi havuz otelin konumu güleryüzlü ilgili personel 4 yıldızı hakediyor yemekler biraz daha kaliteli olabilir.

Vasat... Uzgunum ama bende otelde çalışan biri olarak hiç memnun kaldığımı belirtemiyorum,havuzlarda hijyen sıfır herkes yedigi ictigiyle giriyor ve kimse buna engel olmuyor.. Bunu soyledigimizdede turizm sezonundan dolayi eleman çıkardıklarını söylüyorlar.. Yemekleri gerçekten çok güzeldi,fakat bir restorant müdürü var ki bu adam nasıl müdür olmuş dersiniz..Ne misafirlerle konusmayi biliyor ne de davranmayı! Üzgünüm ama personelinizi değil müdürlerinizi eğitin! Ha bir daha gelirmiyiz şüpheli....

Stranden er en af de bedste i alanya

Hotellet er efter dansk standard ikke mere end 2 stjernet. Opgav at spise buffeten efter en runde og spiste i byen hver aften. Restriktioner i all inclusive ( som bestemte tidspunkter) ikke anbefalelsesværdigt til danskere som er vant til højere nivrau
