I was surprised to find "all inclusive" did not include pool towels. Instead they want you to buy their 600TL logo beach towel. Had I known, we could have easily brought towels with us, instead of purchasing 2 towels we will probably never use again.

Christmas

Pros: hotel is in an amazing location. Room was nice and food in the restaurant was always hot n varied. Staff was nice. Cons: hotel for Christmas had a lot of older cliental that time of year and some was very rude dictating what we could and cannot do. Down to even being told to stop laughing. We ended up going outside the hotel so we could relax.

bayram üzeri geldiğimiz için park sıkıntısı yaşadık başlangıçta ona rağmen bize yardımcı olup bi kaç saate yer buldular onun dışında odaların temizliği vs. gayet iyiydi konumu zaten alanyanın merkezinde olduğu için heryere yakın sabah kahvaltıdakı açık büfe idere eder düzeydeydi yanlız 150tl ye satılan portalkal suyu biraz garipsedim tabi opsiyonel olduğu için bu bir eksi sayılmaz

Riviera hotel hizmet kalitesi çok iyiydi. Yemekler lezzetli ve çeşit boldu. Denize sifir olmasi ve plajda kendi barinin olmasi önemli avantaj. Diger misafirlere de öneriyorum, tekrar gelmek isterim.
