This was the second time my family have stayed in this apartotel.its clean, friendly and a good location for the beach, but convenient for the city centre without all the noise . Very good value for money.

Extra fees for everything.

The room service was good, clean and customer service was good. Forced to wear a bracelet which was annoying. Stopped wearing it and got a warning. Bad side of the stay was that had to pay to use aircondition with an extra fee for the week, which upset me, because when you get a room, you expect atleast the aircondition with paid room.

my stay at royalisa

The hotel front desk staff is very rude and unhelpful. The rooms are shabby and smelly. The bedsheets are stained. There is no hot water daily, only lukewarm water. The washrooms smell of sewage. There is very loud late night music. Airconditioning costs five euro a day. Safety deposit box is keyed and costs two euros a day. Overall there are many hotels to choose from in this area. This hotel just wants your money.

( - ) öncelikle temiz değil. Her şey eski. Havlular kullanılmaktan yıpranmış, incelmiş. Yatak çarşafları üzerinde saç kılı vs. Vardı. Mutfak eşyalarını kullanmak bile istemedim. İnternet bağlantısı kopuyor. Otopark yok, otel önünde yol kenarında yer bulma sorunu yaşamadım. Klima kumandası için ekstra ücret isteniyor. Konum güzel. Plaja 5 dk yürüme mesafesinde. Plaj kenarında bir otelleri daha var, şezlongu ücretsiz kullanabiliyorsunuz. Dışarısı gürültülü gece 1-2 ye kadar epey yükses ses var. Havuzu kullanmadım, küçük biraz ama temiz gibi. Kalabalık görmedim.

Bra hotell,men støy fra barer på kveld/natt

Hotell,beliggenhet ,basseng var ok. Mye støy fra resturanger om kvelden Dusjhode helt elendig,blandebatteri kjøkken og bad spruta alle veier. Det virka som det bar oppusset overflate,nye gulv og tekstiler. Veldig romslige leiligheter. Godt basseng med plass å svømme litt. Solsenger og parasoller var slitte. Men alt i alt vi hadde en god ferie.

Sehr nettes Personal, super Massage! Leider eher abgewohnt, teilweise kaputt und nicht besonders sauber. Restaurants nebenan machen bis zwei Uhr nachts Laute Musik, aber da kann das Hotel nichts dafür. Sollte man aber wissen. Nah am Strand gelegen, gute Klimaanlage.

Oda temizliği her gün yeterli olarak yapılmaktaydı ve temizlikle görevli ablalar çok güler yüzlüydü. Resepsiyon görevlileri ilgili ve güler yüzlüydü. Genel olarak biz memnun kaldık fakat civardaki işletmelerin geç saatlere kadar yüksek sesle müzik açmaları çocuklarıyla konaklayacak olanlar için sıkıntı olabilir. Ek olarak su, poşet çay gibi ikramlıklar yoktu.

Odayı satarken belirtmedikleri bazı anlamsızlıklar oldu...Alanya gibi sıcak yerde, klima kumandasını parayla vermeye kalktılar, size yazacağımı söyleyince vazgeçtiler !! Otopark var deniyordu, sokağın ortasına parkettik arabayı...Yatakları eski ve orta kısımları çökmüş, uyunacak gibi değil, bel ağrısıyla uğraştık !!! Yatağın altına battaniye koyarak yükseltip uyumaya çalıştık !!!! Havlular çarşaflar 3 günde bir değişiyormuş, oraya gidince öğrendik maalesef, leş gibi havlularla 3 gün geçirdik !! Oda eski, bakımlı değildi !

Otel fiyat/performans olarak çok iyi diyebilirim. Mayıs ayında günlüğü 400 TL’ye denk geldi bize. Her gün temizlik yapılıyordu. Konumu plaja yürüme mesafesinde. Otopark yok ancak cadde boyu park yapılabildiği için biz sıkıntı yaşamadık. Sezonda nasıl olur bilmiyorum. Biz genel olarak otelden de çalışanlardan da memnun kaldık.

Bra lägenhet

Lägenheten är toppen då det finns även sängar i vardagsrummet/köket, inte bäddsoffor som det brukar vara samt att det var AC även där. Det är bra storlek på rummen. Största nackdelen är trafiken utanför, den är väldigt intensiv och hörs tydligt. Det är ganska lyhört. Någon Netflix fanns inte. All personal på hotellet är väldigt trevliga. Ren och fräsch pool. Restaurangen som tillhör hotellet har god mat. Vi är nöjda med hotellet.
