A huge impressive building that’s low level (three floors). The spa (water jets and sauna superb after our 3.5 hour drive) and bar/lounge areas were great to relax in. The exterior poor cladding and some aspects of the building could make it a stunning place if given a refresh and detailing. The room was large, well presented, very clean and really quiet. Easy access of the main routes and quick drive into the city. A welcoming staff made it a perfect stopover.

Nice hotel but restaurant closed for days

Beautiful location and nice rooms. Views of the city were great. Not too far and able to walk to some places to drink. Was disappointed that the bar and restaurant were closed both days we stayed. How is this even possible?

A lovely hotel

Our second stay at this hotel and it was as good as the first. The room was clean with a comfortable bed and a good wifi signal. The parking was free. We had the menu del dia in the hotel restaurant which was very good. 3 courses and a glass of wine for 18€. The buffet breakfast was also very good with a great selection of both hot and cold food.

Good sized and well located hotel

Good size hotel with spacious lobby and good sized rooms, very clean and tidy. The hotel is on the edge of Albacete and well located for the concert hall which is only 150M away. restaurants and bars etc can be reached fairly easily by car. Only downside was the breakfast; fairly poor selection with all cooked items left to go cold - very uninviting. Only 4/10

Lovely room, evening meal very good food. Staff really nice and helpful. Breakfast nice. You need to get a taxi to get to this hotel as no paths over busy motorway. The taxi by rail station and we had no trouble getting one. The staff can order one and they fast and reasonable. Surprised we were going to be charged 15 euro each for using pool. The town lovely and we found nice bar that did exceptional food. Nice place

Not Bad, but expected more

It is well situated just of the motorway. Clean and tidy all round. The thing that lets it down badly. Is that there is no USB sockets or a multi plug socket. So just make sure all your phones and tablets are fully charged. The breakfast was excellent. The evening meal was a bit on the basic and simple.

We booked for 1/2 board and were charged 25€ each for the evening meal. We were told the meal would be served in the Lobby bar which was more like a canteen. The meal was the menu Del dia which was priced at 18€ including a drink which we did not get. The bed was disgusting as it had a thick plastic sheet on it which crumpled into large creases, this is not what we expected from a 4 star hotel. We really felt that 168€ for 1 night was disgusting for a very bad nights sleep and a below average menu Del dia and topped off by a poor quality cold breakfast.

Room was at 28 Celcius when we arrived. We tried several ways to adjust the thermostat to 22 and there were no instructions to help us out. When we returned later on the evening it was 26. The 27 in the morning. No Wifi instructions. No cofee available in the Room. No instructions to phone the front desc. We tried dialong 9 and also 0 but neither worked. Overall very un professional.

El cabecero de la cama muy sucio. La madera de los muebles y puertas hinchadas y desgastadas. Las moquetas sucias, el desayuno que hemos pagado a parte, super pobre y la máquina de café super Sucia.

Está en las afueras. Es grande, cómodo y tiene aparcamiento perfecto. Solo un detalle: en la habitación los enchufes brillan por su ausencia. Hay que desenchufar lámparas 😀

Nedslitt hotell med hyggelige ansatte

Dette var bare en overnatting på vei til et annet sted for oss. Veldig stort hotell som sikkert har vært flott en gang. Vi undrer oss over hvordan slike hotell fortsatt kan beholde 4 stjerner?? Sengen var veldig hard og hadde for få puter for oss. På badet var flere ting løse, dolokk, dorullholder, søppelkasselokk.. To små pappkrus og kun 1 bitte liten shampo/såpeflaske på hver. Den rakk ikke til både hår og kropp! Roomservice fungerer, og kokken på den ikke veldig koselige restauranten kan steke biff. Jentene i resepsjonen var hyggelige og effektive.

Unterkunft war gut soweit. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in 5 Minuten mit dem Auto zu erreichen. Essen war nicht allzu gut. Frühstück war in Ordnung. Zimmer hat etwas gemüffelt. Leider ist am Montag das Spa geschlossen.

Desastroso

Una experiencia decepcionante. El restaurante tiene una oferta limitada y los precios son elevados en relación con lo que ofrecen. Tanto la calidad como la cantidad de los platos dejan mucho que desear. El gimnasio es pésimo: pequeño, con máquinas inservibles (solo hay una y está rota) y mancuernas también en mal estado. La cama es incómoda, la almohada no ayuda en absoluto, y la iluminación en la habitación es deficiente, con bombillas fundidas o directamente inexistentes. En general, la habitación se siente más como un zulo que como un espacio cómodo para alojarse.

El hotel está muy bien cuidado, limpio, personal muy amable. Teníamos media pensión y nos dieron opción de comer o cenar, elegimos comer y todo genial. El hotel está muy alejado de todo, si después de cenar quieres tomaralgo o dar una vuelta, tienes que coger coche; el aire acondicionado de la habitación muy ruidoso, por lo demás todo bien.
