"This is not like other hotels. Check in was quick and they were very helpful. We asked questions about parking and the desk clerk was very helpful. They offered complimentary fruit and water. Our room was better than I could have ever expected. It was spotless and quiet. We had a kitchen with a full size refrigerator and even a dishwasher! My girls and I ordered door dash because we wanted to enjoy our room as opposed to going out. This is the second time we stayed there for a show at the palace. And we will be back. My favorite hotel ever by far."

"I arrived late at night, and I received the wrong check in instructions. Neither me nor Vrbo could get in contact with the host until the next day. They ended up putting me in a raggedy hotel for a night.Once I got in, the apartment was nice. Everything looked and worked as advertised. The on site parking beside the building might have been the best part. The shower was also great.The host is not good at responding. I stayed there for a month. On my last week, my trip got extended for another week. I tried to reach out to the host on a Monday to see if I could extend my stay. It was Wednesday before I heard anything back, and I had already booked another room."
