This hotel was safe. I had an interior room. They catered to my need for a downstairs room. They allowed my dog for an additional $25 per night. The room was clean, the bed was good, and the bathroom looked as though they just received a good ADA grant! Satey bars all over the place. That's a good thing. It was not fancy. There were no amenities. No coffee pot. Oh, there was a fridge and a microwave. The heater worked well. Important in 9-degree weather! B A S I C. But if you are not looking for a resort experience and need a safe place to sleep for the night, this place was VERY AFFORDABLE and good enough. The room was large and spacious, and so was the bathroom.

I’ve been here 2 months and only had one bad experience with a room infested with roaches and the front desk staff immediately moved me and I haven’t had much trouble since. A few here and there but nothing compared to what it was. The housekeeping does amazing and the front desk also. Hot coffee, granola bars, and fruit are available for breakfast. My only complaint is having to check in and out every so many days because I relocated here and haven’t found a place yet, so I have quite a few things and it’s getting colder and snowing so I’d rather not especially with kids. Overall a decent hotel and would recommend to others. People smoke but doesn’t bother me, restaurants nearby and I feel safe.

The experience was good we stayed here for a few weeks while we looked for a new apartment and the staff was always friendly and accommodating prices were good and it made a stressful transition much easier on us

Budget Stay

Big spacious property, my room with 2 queen beds also big and spacious, and clean. The building is old, I can smell meth in the hallway to the room, maybe one of the guests is using. No coffee pot in the room so I had to go to the lobby to get one, juice, bars, and fruit cups are all the breakfast available in the lobby. And all shutdown at 10 AM. For budget stay this is ok.

The door handles were broken, the room had an awful smell, the lock inside on the door was not attached properly. No hot water. Absolutely the worst hotel I've ever been to.

Here’s a polished and professional version of your motel review: *** My stay at this motel was not quite what I expected. Upon arrival, it appeared that some long-term or homeless families were residing at the property, which gave it a less traditional lodging atmosphere. The on-site restaurant is set up in the parking lot, but the food was actually quite good and enjoyable. Unfortunately, I had multiple issues with the room keys — they kept malfunctioning, leaving me locked out several times. On my last night, a staff member I flagged down had to literally pry the door open to let me in. When it came time to check out, there were no staff members available at the front desk for me to share any feedback or concerns. The motel’s location itself is excellent, conveniently close to plenty of retail stores and dining options. The room was initially clean, but I did discover two roaches in the bathroom during my stay, which was disappointing. Overall, while there were a few positive aspects, the maintenance, staffing, and cleanliness issues made this stay far from ideal. The pictures on the site are not what you will find when you arrive. That I can promise you!

I booked a nonsmoking room, but the conditions were not good. It smelled like cigarettes, bed sheets were dirty with crumbs, bathroom door doesn’t close fully, broken shower rod. It was quite unsanitary. The bed sheets still smelled like smoke even I sprayed some perfume and wiped with disinfectant wipes. We used bath towels to cover the bed sheets. They provided granola bars and some drinks in the lobby.

Pretty good property for the price. Convenient location. Needs some renovations. Pool closed without notice and appears permanent. Fitted sheet was on inside out. Very weird. Very sloppy. Parking lot not plowed. That said. It was relatively clean. The bed was comfortable. The water was hot. Shower had good pressure. Spacious. Towels were in great shape. Front desk agent was accommodating and didn’t dawdle. I’ll go back.
