"Parking is tight (limited spaces). Room was clean enough, but couldn't get TV to work properly (remote was faultty) Had some issues with staff getting a room for my mother that had easy access. I then had major issues with a staff member trying to book a room for an extended stay. I left frustrated and will obtain a room thru another hotel."

"We arrived late for check in and the person who checked us in seemed aggravated. Rushed through the process, told me the wrong time about breakfast and was overall unfriendly. Because of that we missed the breakfast. Room was ok, bathroom door had holes in it. Toilet and area around it are TINY. Plenty of parking available and close to all the stores."
