My complaint is not with the hotel but with the advertisement of some amenities advertised on Expedia, there is no hotel parking, valet parking, nor a pool and no spa treatment in thetraditionalsense. The staff gave me great recommendations for things to do for the day before my flight and held my luggage at no additional charge. Highly recommend this hotel experience in Palermo."

"We had fantastic stay here, we booked for 2 night but only got to stay 1 as our flight got cancelled. But it was lovely stsy, luxury suite is spacious and clean with 2 bathrooms which is perfect for my family. Breakfast was delicious and many options. The location is very good, central to everything and walkable. Had wonderful time here."
