"I didn’t actually stay here I checked in and was shown to the room I went in the smell was over whelming the sheets on the bed look dirty the flooring was worn with gaps and had not been hoovered. I left as I would not stay in such a dump and booked in another hotel "

"Was easy to find and a convenient location to access the centre of Middlesbrough, including the football stadium if you are there for a game. Room was good value for money - only comment is it had a small kitchen area but no wardrobe to hang up clothes..,not the biggest issue as it was only an overnight stay. Very helpful that there is parking behind the hotel that you can pay for at reception - a very reasonable fixed price for 24 hours. "

"Big places that included an annex in the garden. While we were there it was very warm (heat wave) and owner sent message she purchased 2 fans & they would arrive shortly. That was all we needed to stay cool. "
