Good 2 night stay, great location.

Great location. Near shops, restaurants and historical sites. All walkable. Y Colin , front desk, was very helpful. Garage is on site but convoluted driving to reach the entry. Room is good size but bland. Good for 2 nights.

Basic accommodations, comfy bed. No frills but clean and convenient. Limited hours front desk and soap but no other toiletries. BYO. Electric shutters on windows so very good blackout and quiet.

Garage policy is silly

Clean, but the garage is a joke. You cannot leave or come in between 8:00 pm and 7:00 am. This should be listed. No ice anywhere. Room is clean but basically a hostel. Breakfast buffet is pretty bad. Cold, raw eggs. Packaged pastries, bread, and if you’re early enough you get charcuterie and cheese. You’re five minutes away from a much better hotel in the Ibis.

Séjour décevant

Un hôtel qui n'est pas à la hauteur de ses 3 étoiles. Confort compromis par un équipement défaillant dans la chambre : pommeau de douche défectueux, éclairage de l'entrée ne fonctionnant pas, aucune possibilité de se faire un café ou un thé dans la chambre, ce qui est pourtant courant dans un hôtel 3 étoiles. Hôtel que je ne recommanderai pas!

Chambre ,(104) correcte mais extrêmement sombre (vue sur un mur). Les couloirs sont peu ou pas eclaires (besoin de la lumiere du portable pour entrer dans la chambre) Personnel tres agréable et petit dejeuner varié

Un peu déçu par la chambre, vieillot et elle ne fermait pas!!!! Heureusement que l'accueil était excellent. De bons restaurants et le musée Toulouse-Lautrec était SUPER!!! La cathédrale est EPOUSTOUFFLANTE!!!!!

Super option !

Certes, les chambres ne sont pas super modernes, mais ! La localisation est top, il y a plein de petits détails pour rendre le séjour très agréable, une isolation des chambres correcte, un ascenseur, un parking, et le personnel est super méga sympa en plus. Il y a tous les commerces nécéssaires au pied de l’hôtel en plus ! C’est une super option pour un séjour chez Albi, peu importe la durée. Cathédrale - 10min à pied Musée Toulouse-Lautrec - 10min à pied Gare de train - 15min à pied
