Chris at reception went above and beyond. Gave us useful recommendations for dinner and parking and things to see The conservatory area was a nice place to relax. The room was clean. The breakfast was the only downside, over priced for what it was.

Amazing value and incredibly service

We had just a one night stay in this vibrant & historic city - The hotel owners are friendly , professional and take great pride in their hotel. I Our recently renovated room & bathroom were small but great value for the price including a delicious & generous breakfast buffet for just 10 euros.

Cozy hotel, with some unfortunate mistakes

Despite saying otherwise on their page, there is no parking, and parking on the street is very difficult during business hours. Hotel is cozy, but there was also no curtain on the window, which is just weird. Despite these things, still a good place, as we eventually were able to park in the lot without a time limit, and made a makeshift curtain using the blanket.

The welcome that we got from the owner was wonderful. He was friendly, super helpful and provided lots of information such as where we could park, great restaurants and how to get to the old town which was very walkable. Despite being in a busy area our room was really quiet and the terrace was great! We will definitely stay here again when we are next in Albi.

We had a great stay here. The staff is incredibly friendly and offered suggestions onwhere to eat and what to see while in Albi. The hotel is walking distance from the cathedral and the food market is a block away. A nice home made breakfast was available for an additional fee. I highly recommend staying here.

Très bon séjour !

Dès notre arrivée à l'hôtel le gérant était disponible pour nous aider avec le parking motos, ensuite il nous a conseillés des endroits pour boire un verre et manger à ALBI. Nous avons suivi ses conseils et ils étaient très bons. Concernant l'hôtel, tout était très bien. Les chambres sont confortables et propres, le petit-déjeuner était très satisfaisant. Et tout ceci à 2 minutes à pied du centre-ville, et à des prix imbattables. Je recommande vivement cet établissement !
