The villa is located in the Jardins da Branqueira just 5 minutes drive from the beach, on the outskirts of the town of Albufeira often referred to as one of Albufeira´s best kept secrets. Quiet and peaceful, the villa has easy access to all amenities, including the local market for bargain hunting, and many excellent restaurants for eating out and bars also.
The villa benefits from its own private pool, with a shallow end perfect for the children. Leading from the living room is a spacious balcony with stunning garden and pool views, furnished with a table and chairs to enable you to dine al fresco. With three double bedrooms, the villa is ideal for families, with plenty in the surrounding area to see and do during your stay.

LOUNGE
Spacious lounge dining room 40m2,with 2 ample sofa, dining table and 7 chairs, flat screen LCD television, 1 large picture windows over looking the pool and garden, patio doors to balcony. There is also an extra sofa bed in the lounge for 2 extra sleeps.
KITCHEN
The kitchen is fully equipped with Edesa appliances dishwasher, hob, fan assisted oven, washing machine, fridge freezer, microwave, kettle, toaster, iron and ironing board, saucepans and cooking utensils, fully fitted units.
SLEEPING
The sleeping arrangements provided are 3 bedrooms in which one is on suite. Two bedrooms with queen size beds and one bedroom with two single beds. There is also an extra sofa bed in the lounge for 2 extra sleeps.
ENTERTAINMENT
The entertainment consists of a HD flat screen LCD television mounted on the wall which receives several English TV channels, a DVD player, CD player with radio and Internet Access Wi-Fi (wireless).
BATHROOMS
The bathrooms have bath with overhead showers, wc, bidet, sink and under sink storage cabinet, shaving/hair-dryer sockets, hairdryer, marble counter tops, large wall mirror. All bath towels are provided but we do not provide beach towels.
BEDROOMS
The bedrooms have queen size beds and single beds, fitted floor to ceiling wardrobes, chest of drawers with mirror over, bedside tables with lamps, full length mirror, air conditioning units for cooling and heating, electric shutter for window which overlooks the garden, patio doors to balcony.
BALCONY
8 chairs table and clothes airer.
POOL
Sunbeds along the pool for whoever wants to use, and also sun umbrellas to keep out of the sun, and give you some sun protection with shade.
PRIVATE PARKING
Private parking in garage for two cars and plenty more space in surrounding area inside the complex.
Rental weeks: From Saturday to Saturday (In high season).
Short stays allowed from 4 days (In low season).

Down payment / Deposit of 30% requested for reservation, the 70% remaining (final balance) is paid 30 days before check-in.
Discount depending on length of stay.
Refundable 250€ Security deposit required with final balance payment, and if there are no breakages or damage, will be returned to you.

A limpeza e requalificação de alguns materiais de deve ser melhorada. As almofadas são péssimas e devem ser trocadas com urgência, os utensílios de cozinha em péssimo estado e alguns guardados sujos. Churrasqueira que não tinha sido limpa e tinha inclusive cigarros e sacos de pão rico vazios. Exposição solar excelente com sol todo o dia na zona da piscina, piscina bem cuidada com limpeza durante a nossa estadia.
