VEry Good,lovely big pool and csfe bar super .Good Value . Pity it didn't have free bus to albufeira as mirrachoro has. friendly staff, clean and airy Near Erin's Isle.GREAT SHOWS and Karaoke and resident Musician MAX .

We have stayed at the property a few times over the years, and have never had any problems as for the price you know what to expect. The only issue’s on this trip were that the hotel is looking dated and worn, and we only had look warm water for the length of our stay.

Run down, no hygienic condition. Spacious, cheap

Very basic clean. Drainage smells. No hygienic seals & surfaces in kitchen. Dirty space can be seen underneath kitchen unit, behind fridge. Pests, earwigs, cockroach. Be prepared. Bring your own cleaning products and pest control.... Or stay drunk a lot. Good amount of space for 4 people. Cheapest price in the area.

Had to wait two hours in the lobby for our room to be cleaned. When we got to the room the bathroom especially the tub was dirty. Painting is chipping everywhere, floor has crack in titles and will cut you. The door to the patio was also broken. Wish they also listed the place does NOT have a/c.

The sarrounding area of the pool is dangerous tile missing steps to go in pool unsafe broken concrete around pool .electric points on wall unsafe toilet wasnt very clean.

We had a horrible experience the property is dirty and gross. Someone from the staff just walked into the room on us without knocking. It feels unsafe.

The property was like a party house with a lot of noisy and drunk guys. The music and the noise lasted until early in the morning, when it was time for us to wake up. The apartment where we were staying was not clean at all. We found lashes and broken glas on the floor. The apartment all around and the furniture were very old and broken. We had a little girl with us and didn't feel save for her to walk around play.

Staying one night at this hotel was an awful experience. To start the front door lock and handle was shaky and unsafe. Then when entering the room the smell made me heave it was that bad. Everything about the room was dirty. The soles of my feet were black after two seconds walking on the floor. We paid for 5 night and could only start there one night and have not been refunded after advice for expedia. The most terrible experience i have ever experienced recommended by expedia

Bon emplacement, mais l'etat de l'établissement et la proprete est à revoir , on a trouvé des draps déjà utilisé marqué par une tache, et la fourniture est en etat médiocre. J'étais au 5eme etage, avec l'ascenseur je n'avais aucun problème pour y accéder. Le personnel est agréable et accueillant.

Das Empfangspersonal ist sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Der Zustand das Hotel Gebäude und die Zimmer sind etwas verbraucht. Das 40m2 Zimmer ist sehr räumig, der Balkon auch. Preis/Qualität Verhältnis ist einwandfrei.

ni quede ahi, habitacion con un olor a hopoclorito fatal, sin aire acondicionado, ni siquira ventilador, hotel viejo muebles viejos todo con ruido la verdad hace falta remodelacion total. Horario de check in mal cuando llegas enteras que no es a las 14 sino 16, por suerte la senora de recepcion muy simpatica y dispuesta consulto si estaba la habitacion, en fin de todas maneras no quede ahi pagando la noche 87€ una locura.

La piscine est grande mais pas nettoyé. C’est tout ce que j’ai aimé. Les portes ferme mal et claque tout le temps. Odeur bizzare a l’arrivé dans la chambre. On a eu la chambre à 16h au lieu de 14h comme indiqué. Pas de vaisselle même pas un verre ! Très bruyant !! Rien pour s’essuyer les mains !! Horrible ! Sauf l’accueil de l’hôtel qui ont été gentils avec nous !

Hotel change to 4*

The apartments was closed and had not been open for many months due to Covid. The hotel had upgraded everyone to there 4 star Balia plazza which is in a much better area and is a far better hotel. No change was received by myself or anyone else I spoke to during the holiday however when reading the booking it does quote you should contact the hotel 72hrs before your arrival for check- in details so in fairness the hotel would of told myself and many others that they had been changed and upgraded

Very very disappointed with hotel.com as I’m a gold member & was horrified when we arrived at this hotel it’s nothing like it says it is & you may think I overreacted but first negative post I’ve ever done but I asked for help as it stunk to high heaven & was very poor ! Gangs of pissed up lads etc ! Tried to move hotels but after 2hrs 1 day then same next day ! I was told how valuable I am etc but I recived no call back or e-mail as promised for 3 days had to go & pay for another hotel & tried again with online chat nothing very disappointed as we had a 3 year old & a 1 year old couldn’t let them stay there ! The hotel couldn’t care less about our concerns! Very disappointed with hotel.com because it just shows if you have a problem or god forbid an emergency they wouldn’t even contact me back but I have 8 e-mail from them in 4 days advertising & asking for reviews & feedback ! Won’t be using them ever again very upset 😡 please only use free cancellation hotels in future
