Villa Cozumel is a charming villa located in a peaceful area of Albufeira, surrounded by rural landscapes, ideal for families or couples looking to relax with easy access to the beach and town.



The open-plan living and dining area is spacious, bright and welcoming, with direct access to the terrace, creating the perfect setting for socialising and relaxing with views over the pool.



The villa offers four comfortable bedrooms, two with double beds and two with single beds. There are also three well-distributed bathrooms to accommodate all guests throughout the stay.



The kitchen is fully equipped, providing everything needed to prepare and enjoy meals during your holiday.



Outside, the private pool is set within a lovely garden, with an outdoor dining area and a barbecue, ideal for making the most of the Algarve’s mild climate.



Villa Cozumel is just a few minutes from beaches, bars, restaurants, supermarkets and other local amenities, ensuring a peaceful yet convenient stay.



The changeover day for this property is Saturday (however, there may be flexibility in low season).

If your flights are already booked or your dates are fixed and do not match the property's changeover day, please send us an inquiry before booking to confirm if your dates can be accommodated.



This property is self-catered. For your convenience, welcome food baskets can be booked in advance (additional cost).



Renting a car is not essential for your stay, given the property’s location. However, if you wish, we will be happy to assist with the car rental. We can also arrange transfers if needed.



Group deposit: € 200 per guest (payment by credit/debit card).

Lovely place

Villa Cozumel is the perfect place for a relaxing family getaway. We loved the peaceful countryside setting, yet it’s so close to Albufeira’s beaches and attractions. The villa is spacious, well-equipped, and the pool area is fantastic. The BBQ and outdoor dining area were perfect for evening meals with the family. Highly recommend for anyone looking for tranquility with easy access to everything!

Had a wonderful time at Villa Cozumel! The villa is set in a quiet area, offering a peaceful escape while being close to the beaches and the vibrant centre of Albufeira.
