The beautiful outdoor area for our breakfast, the nearby swimming pools and easy access to the long stretch of beach stood out at this excellent hotel. The prices for the restaurant meals were a bit steep in my opinion and the hotel could better promote the experiences it has on offer. The room, service and facilities were all excellent in my experience.

Amazing amenities. Went there for my honeymoon and was gifted flowers, champagne and a chocolate and macaroon tray. My only issue was the beach chairs were not included in our stay and was an additional charge

Really Nice Resort

The Epic was just that, Epic. The customer service was great, the room spacious with a large comfy balcony and the meals delicious and varied. The pools were a good temperature and had plenty of chairs around them. The beach is a bit of a walk but very nice to have on property. However, the ocean water was only in the high 60’s in July so it was nice to have the pool options. We had a two bathroom suite which made getting ready for the day quicker. The room had a nice layout. Overall the hotel was quite impressive.

Pros: housekeeping staff was excellent and overall the staff was kind. Cons: not for families with kids, especially toddlers. The park is for grown kids with no swing-set. Our child was not allowed into the kids club as it started over the age of 4, it is not advertised as this. Everything is an up-charge, beach umbrellas for example are not included in your stay, neither are bikes. The food is very costly here for what it is. The breakfast has very limited options for a resort.
