Villa Samui is a fantastic residence that combines comfort, charm and excellent location, perfect for a family or friends' holiday. With a welcoming atmosphere and well-distributed spaces, this property provides unforgettable moments and total relaxation.



The living and dining room is bright and spacious, creating a welcoming and comfortable environment. The large sliding doors allow direct access to the garden and pool area, making the space ideal for relaxing, socialising or enjoying peaceful moments with family or friends.



On the ground floor there are four bedrooms: a bedroom with two single beds, a bedroom with two single beds and a bunk bed en suite with shower, a bedroom with two single beds en suite with bath and a bedroom with two single beds en suite with shower. There is also an additional bathroom for greater convenience.



On the first floor there is a bedroom with two single beds en suite with shower and access to a balcony overlooking the pool, providing a private and relaxing space.



The kitchen is fully equipped, offering all the necessary facilities to prepare meals in a practical and comfortable way, with a breakfast table for more informal moments.



The exterior of the property is one of its great highlights, with a private swimming pool, barbecue and an outdoor dining area, perfect for enjoying the sun, fresh air and leisure moments in the garden.



Villa Samui is situated in Montechoro, in a convenient location close to all amenities, with easy access to Albufeira town centre, the Strip and the historic Old Town, ideal for exploring the city and enjoying everything Albufeira has to offer.



The moving day for this property is on Saturday (however, there may be flexibility during low season).

If your flights are already booked or if your dates are fixed and do not coincide with the property's usual moving day, we ask that you send us an information request before making a reservation, to confirm whether the dates can be accepted.



This property is self-catered. For greater convenience, food hampers can be booked in advance (additional cost).



Renting a car is not essential for your stay, given the property's location. Nevertheless, should you be interested, we would be delighted to help with the booking. We can also arrange transfers, should you require them.



Group deposit: €250 per guest, with payment by credit or debit card to be made up to 2 weeks before arrival.



Please note that the occupancy of this property is 12 guests
