Beautiful modern villa with amazing garden!
Very modern, light, clean and nicely decorated villa! The garden with pool and grill is amazing for sunny days. We stayed in november so the heating and fireplace made chilly nights very comfortable. The house has everything you might need for a longer stay and the service of CIP is always great, fast and very kind. Small piri piri town Guia is close and the location of the villa is central to discover different parts of the Algarve. Close to the road, but still quiet and private.

Great summer vacation
Nice and modern premises with a lovely pool. The house is well equipped with two fridges, AC, heating, WiFi and TV. Outdoor BBQ. The missing BBQ-cutlery was delivered within one day. Guia Village reachable within 10 minutes walk with a daily freshmarket, a small super-market as well as restaurants and outdoor cafes. Algarve Shopping Mall 10 minutes by car with all major shops, food court and movie theater. Great beaches with enough parking facilities can be reached within 10 minutes by car and even in jogging distance. You can see the Ocean from the house. Quiet neighbourhood. We will definitely come back.
