Villa Eagles Nest is a private and elegant villa located in the prestigious area of Cerro de Águia, offering comfort, privacy and stunning views, ideal for a peaceful holiday with family or friends.



The living room is spacious and bright, with comfortable sofas, chairs and a TV area, creating a cosy atmosphere for relaxing and socialising. The dining room, with elegant decor, is perfect for enjoying long meals together in a refined and relaxed setting.



On the ground floor, there are four bedrooms: two en-suite with single beds, one with a double bed, and another with two single beds. Two additional bathrooms also serve this floor, ensuring comfort and privacy for all guests.



On the first floor, there is a fifth bedroom, a double en-suite, offering a more private space.



The kitchen is fully equipped and includes a practical pantry, providing extra storage and functionality during your stay.



Outside, the beautifully maintained gardens surround the heatable pool (additional cost), creating the perfect setting for sunbathing on the loungers. The outdoor dining area is ideal for enjoying the Algarve’s pleasant weather. The property also includes a games room with a snooker table and a terrace with table and chairs, offering extra entertainment for all ages.



Located in Cerro de Águia, the villa is close to the beach, restaurants, supermarkets and golf courses, ensuring a comfortable and convenient stay.



The changeover day for this property is Thursday (however, there may be flexibility in low season).

If your flights are already booked or your dates are fixed and do not match the property's changeover day, please send us an inquiry before booking to confirm if your dates can be accommodated.



This property is self-catered. For your convenience, welcome food baskets can be booked in advance (additional cost).



Pool heating is always an added value for your holiday, especially when traveling with children. When the pool heating is activated, the water temperature will always be 5ºC to 8ºC higher than it would be without heating.



Renting a car is not essential for your stay, given the property’s location. However, if you wish, we will be happy to assist with the car rental. We can also arrange transfers if needed.



Group deposit: € 150 per guest (payment by credit/debit card).



Please note that the occupancy for this property is 10 guests

From the 11th to the 14th guest, an additional fee will be charged, which includes additional beds.
