Villa Nespereira is a spacious and welcoming property, ideal for families and groups seeking comfort, privacy and a privileged location in Albufeira.



The living and dining room offers a bright and generous space, perfect for relaxing moments and with direct access to the outdoor area.



On the ground floor, there are two double bedrooms, both en suite with shower, as well as a guest bathroom.



On the first floor, there are two double bedrooms, both en suite, one with a shower and the other with a bathtub.



On the lower floor, there is a bedroom with two single beds and a bathroom with shower. This level also includes a games room with a snooker table and table football, ideal for evenings of entertainment.



The kitchen is fully equipped and prepared for comfortable meal preparation during your stay.



Outside, the heatable pool (custo adicional) offers relaxing moments under the Algarve sun. The exterior also features a barbecue area and inviting spaces for unwinding outdoors.



Villa Nespereira is located in Montechoro, close to beaches, restaurants, bars, shops and all essential amenities.



The changeover day for this property is Saturday (however, there may be flexibility in low season).

If your flights are already booked or your dates are fixed and do not match the property's changeover day, please send us an inquiry before booking to confirm if your dates can be accommodated.



This property is self-catered. For your convenience, welcome food baskets can be booked in advance (additional cost).



Pool heating is always an added value for your holiday, especially when traveling with children. When the pool heating is activated, the water temperature will always be 5ºC to 8ºC higher than it would be without heating.



Renting a car is not essential for your stay, given the property’s location. However, if you wish, we will be happy to assist with the car rental. We can also arrange transfers if needed.



Group deposit: € 250 per guest (payment by credit/debit card).

From the 11th to the 17th guest, an additional fee will be charged, which includes additional beds.
