A good location, near the beach, old town & some lovely restaurants. The room was spacious, clean and comfortable. Breakfast was good, with plenty of variety. The check-in process was quite lengthy & it's a shame they need such a large deposit but this was promptly refunded on checking out.

Really nice hotel and location very friendly staff couple of small niggles only charging for the safe in the room and only supplying 2 coffee pods on day one expected to buy them after that bit mean

Good holiday. Hotel is in good location to the square for lots of bars and restaurants however the walk back is not easy steep hills and if it’s after 12 the back entrance is closed and the walk to front is even harder. Also pool is small but adequate but a very few beds maybe 10 for the hotel so always had to go out and pay for beds elsewhere.

Very nice place to stay in the more calmer part of Albufeira. The staff is truly amazing, kind and helpful at all times. The breakfast is very complete and the spa facilities are nice.

Hotel is beautiful with wonderful views of the beach. I feel like the hotel can be more accommodating with simple amenities. They only provide coffee and tea in the room for the first night. I really enjoy having coffee while getting ready in the morning. It's difficult to travel with coffee for different machines. I feel like this is a simple and non expensive amenity to have in each room. Also, they do not provide any way to press your own cloths. They force you to use their services. When I travel I decide each day what I'm going to wear depending on the activity and weather for the day. I wear 100% cotton and linen. Very inconvenient. Otherwise we enjoyed the hotel.

The staff were all lovely and rooms were spacious and comfortable. We had a room that looked over the beach and the pool. The pool is nice but there’s not alot of sun loungers compared to the amount of rooms.

This hotel has a great location right in front of the beach. The hotel is clean; the room was rather basic … what you would expect for a 3 or 3.5 star hotel. The breakfast buffet was average.

Nice hotel. Clean. Safe. Breakfast choice good. Bar shuts at midnight and not a minute past! Good rooms and bathrooms. Right onto the beach front is good... 120 steps down to it though (or there is also a lift near by!)

Ideal for a short 2-3 business trip, hotel is quite limited especially around the pool, if you can get a lounger its great, i had a shared communal balcony, which was fine for me, however couples may wish to request rooms with your own balcony Food i couldn't fault and the staff were attentive..needless to say there is abundance of food options in the old town and main square too Beat feature of the hotel is by far the view looking out onto the beach etc

The best features of this hotels are the location and the swimming pool with amazing views. In general it was a nice stay. The only things they could improve on were the breakfast buffet (weird bacon/sausages, no croissants or any pastries at all...), and the staffing around the pool (the bar is only open some times during the day and service is very slow, and the pool could be better policed. There are only 8-10 beds and signs saying they cannot be reserved, yet you arrive at 9 am and they are all reserved with towels despite no one being at the pool). But apart from that I would come back :)

From start to finish we loved everything about this hotel. The location is amazing. The facilities are modern. We had a room with a city view overlooking an abandoned old building, but we didn't care because the room was so perfect! Yes, there were only two pods for the coffee machine, but the supermarket nearby was selling boxes of ten for £1.50! Every single member of staff was charming. The breakfast buffet had lots of choice. The bar prices were very reasonable. We managed to get a sunbed almost every day and we even got to try out the spa on the one rainy afternoon we had. The location is perfect, immediately overlooking the beach on the quiet side of wonderful Albufeira. We hope to come back, and if we do, we'll push the boat out and pay for a sea view! Many thanks to all the lovely staff!

Excellent location with the beach nearby and Old Town walkable too. Our sea view was stunning. Quiet area with good area to sit outside restaurant. Rooms comfortable, pillows very lumpy, walk in shower very good, didn’t use pool as not enough seating around it. Breakfast not great quality, pancakes nice but other items not so good. On arrival there was no easy option to get your case up a few steps both at front door and from reception to lift. Staff were a little unhelpful, one or two were very good but on the whole they did not come across in a positive way. Cleanliness was very very good. Top marks to the hotel for levels of cleanliness. Overall we enjoyed our holiday but would probably have breakfast elsewhere if we returned.

Hotel itself was overall satisfactory. Premium room was extremely spacious and comfortable. The shower was first class. Excellent location, near town centre and the lift to beach. Breakfast options limited particularly the small amount of fresh fruit. Bufffet area itself had little space in which to circulate. We found the pool area unattractive and used the beach. Our stay was spoilt by the theft of 4 sets of earrings from our room. These were taken from a pouch in a zipped bag from our room which was only accessible with an issued key fob. Other valuables fortunately were in the safe. The manager was defensive and dismissive when we reported the theft and would not accept any responsibility. He tried to convince us that a theft had not occurred. We reported the theft at the local police station, GNR, who we found very helpful. We would not recommend the hotel because of this incident and the response of the manager.

Frosty reception on arrival. Early morning flight so we knew about 2 o'clock checkout etc. Lady on reception then hit us for 200 euros security which was never mentioned for damage to the property or something in broken English then 12 euros tax for something else. Tourist tax we found out later. No problems came back after 2 pm . Rooms are clean and nicely laid out . Someone has a yappy dog who barks around 4am every night which woke me up . I was on the second floor so it was nearby. Breakfast is 8-10 but the staff are rude on arrival with a barrier and no attendant on the first day of breakfast -time 0940 so not being in convenient to the staff in map opinion. Very little left I have to say . A few crumbs of scrambled egg . Cook didn't look interested but his colleague made a couple of fried eggs. Sat down finished the eggs , plates are cleared as I was going to the coffee machine . I wanted to take some fruit but thought no they want to go home . Time : 0955 . Come 10 o'clock they want you outside . It was raining ! Went down earlier on 2nd day - marginally better selection of bread and scrambled egg. Same thing though at 10 o'clock - out please . No worries tomorrow we will be down earlier as we are going . Restaurant was over crowded and staff seemed to be banging plates in annoyance. Needs addressing. Overall disappointing and cant say I'd go back in a hurry. It's adults only but seems they don't like their guest to me .
