The property is also near an excellent golf course and various amenities.With 7 bedrooms, the villa accommodates 14+4 people. On the first floor, there is 1 double room and 1 twin room, both with private bathrooms and a balcony with sea views. On the ground floor, there are 2 double rooms (one en-suite), while 3 bedrooms and an additional bathroom are on the lower floor.The modern kitchen is fully equipped, and the spacious living/dining room includes TV, PlayStation, and 2 sofas, with access to a terrace overlooking the pool. The lower floor also features a games room, equipped with a foosball table and a billiards table.Outside, the south-facing pool (heatable as an optional extra) is surrounded by a garden and a patio with a barbecue area, ideal for outdoor meals. The space is fully enclosed, providing privacy and security.With air conditioning, heating, and free Wi-Fi, the villa is perfect for families or groups. A few minutes by car, you'll find beaches like Santa Eulália and Oura. Its sister villa, Villa Florida, is right next doorRenting a car is not necessary, but if you'd like to, we’re happy to assist with booking upon request. We can also help arrange transfers if needed.If your flights are already booked or your dates are fixed and do not match the property's changeover day, please send us an inquiry before booking to confirm if your dates can be accommodated. Pool heating is always an added value for your holiday, especially when traveling with children. When the pool heating is activated, the water temperature will always be 5ºC to 8ºC higher than it would be without heating. The changeover day for this property is Saturday (however, there may be flexibility in low season). Group deposit: € 200 per guest (payment by credit/debit card). There are some restrictions for group bookings. Please note that the occupancy for this property is 14 guests.From the 15th to the 20th guest, an additional fee will be charged, which includes additional beds. In accordance with current legislation, tourist taxes may apply.
