Disliked: Cleanliness, check-in, communication, location
A nossa estadia foi profundamente dececionante e marcada por falhas graves do anfitrião:- Check-in e Comunicação: O anfitrião não enviou atempadamente as instruções de entrada nem respondeu às mensagens na plataforma. Só conseguimos contacto após recorrer ao suporte da Vrbo na ultimo dia util antes da nossa entrada, o que causou enorme stress inicial.- Insalubridade: Encontrámos canalização exposta numa casa de banho com infestação ativa de baratas. O anfitrião ignorou o alerta e nada fez.- Equipamentos Inutilizáveis: A piscina esteve imprópria para banhos em 5 dos 7 dias por excesso de cloro. O ar condicionado esteve avariado durante toda a semana.- Defeitos Generalizados: Suportes de chuveiro partidos em todas as casas de banho e escoamento do bidé da suite entupido.- Localização e Envolvente: O imóvel situa-se junto a um grande empreendimento hoteleiro abandonado, deixando a zona com aspeto deserto e pouco apelativo.Nenhum dos problemas reportados foi resolvido ao longo da estadia. Não recomendo esta propriedade.
