About this property

Villa Atlantida, a charming hillside villa with a fabulous pool, great sea view.

  • Simply stunning Villa overlooking a magnificent sea view as well as the Marina of Albufeira, located in a very prestigious area in Albufeira. This villa is within walking distance from the beaches and the centre of the town, where all the restaurants, shops, bares and clubs are situated as well as the famous Fisherman's beach. This villa provides a unique experience where you can enjoy a vacation in a quiet and a city environment, in a relaxed atmosphere. It is composed of 5 bedrooms, sleeps 10 but can request 2 extra on a sofa bed if needed, therefore making a total of 12 people.
    Breakage deposit of €900 if family parties or €150 each if single groups and or under 27 years is required, this is refnded 24 to 48 hours after check out.
    Change over day is Monday.
    Check in time is from 4.00pm to 8.00 pm (later upon request) and check out time is at 10,00 am.
    Baby cot and high chair provided.
    Villa must be left clean.

A good choice for a multi-generational holiday & fabulous sunsets!

When it was built, Villa Atlantida would have been it’s owner’s pride and joy. Ornate fittings adorn the bathrooms, it has a beautiful marble staircase with traditional chandelier, a magnificent wooden front door and a stunning hillside location. It’s garden and fruit trees are beautifully kept and the neighbourhood is very pretty and peaceful (in late Autumn when we stayed) However you must be able to turn a blind eye to its tired shabbiness to enjoy a holiday here now. It doesn’t feel loved and that’s reflected in the very basic and tired facilities it offers to its guests. But with a little money spent on it this villa will be able to continue to wow its guests for years to come. It’s location offers stunning views, absolutely amazing sunsets and a 10 - 15 min walk to the beach and shops/restaurants of the old town. The property manager, Susana, greeted us warmly on arrival and made us feel so welcome. She went out of her way to ensure our holiday went well and we really appreciated that! All in all we had a great stay at Villa Atlantida!

Als Gruppe von zehn Jugendlichen war es perfekt! Der Pool und die Aussicht ein Traum. Auch die Lage war optimal und zu Fuß Sales innerhalb von 10 Minuten zu erreichen. Empfehlenswert!
