Casa da Bia ia a magnificent isolated villa located in Balaia area in Albufeira, near beaches like Maria Luisa, Olhos DAgua and Santa Eulalia.Casa da Bia offers all the comfort and facilities to accommodate 8 people, with 1 double rooms and 3 twin rooms, which 1 is with in suite bathroom, 3 bathrooms, dining room and a large living room with a fireplace satellite TV, DVD and CD player, kitchen fully equipped with all the necessary appliances such as washing machine, dishwasher and other small extras to make your holiday easier.This property has air conditioning only in the bedrooms.On the outside has an excellent swimming pool with all the necessary furniture, green areas, a spacious barbecue area and a large table. Also has an extraordinary terrace on the roof with sea view where you can relax and enjoy the atmosphere. Casa da Bia is the perfect holiday home for those who wish to enjoy the wonderful beaches of the Algarve, but also has the peace that only the countryside can offer.The villa is located in Balaia, about 1.5 km from Maria Luisa beach, and 2.5 km from the Oura Strip. Close by there is access to various facilities such as the market, bank, pharmacy and restaurants. The Algarve Shopping and famous restaurants for the Chicken Piri-Piri, and other famous beaches such Salgados, Galé, São Rafael are only within a 15 minutes drive.Pool dimensions: 8m lenght x 4,5 width; Depth: 0,90m - 2,20mThe Municipality of Albufeira charges a tourist tax of €2 per person, per night of stay, for all guests aged 13 or older, during the period from April 1st to October 31st, with a maximum of seven consecutive nights. This amount will be paid directly to the Municipality a few days before arrival and is not included in the quotes generated on our website, so we kindly ask you to take this into consideration.We would also like to clarify that parties/events are strictly prohibited on this property.

Villa bia uma excelente casa para passar férias

Eu e a minha família adoramos a casa em 2021 estivemos na villa bia e este ano tornámos a repetir a casa, para as nossas férias pois é uma linda casa grande e acolhedora.... Acho que o frigorífico podia ser melhor pois o congelador nao funciona muito bem..

Great for groups

Villa was big with plenty of space. Bed layout was perfect for our group. Roof terrace was a nice bonus. Pool was brilliant and plenty of sun loungers. Only €3 taxi to the strip or €7 to the old town so location was perfect. Not much to fault. The villa was spotless when we arrived. The beds were very uncomfortable. An investment in some new mattresses would go a long way as all of us had trouble sleeping on the mattresses. They were quite hard and lumpy. With new mattresses on the beds this villa would be 10/10

Good house

The house was clean and good sized rooms for 9 people. Outside area was excellent - a large pool, plenty of beds, sun all day and a great bar-b-que with large table.

Casa bastante espaçosa e correspondeu às nossas espectativas. Limpeza impecável.Apenas a apontar o facto de não se conseguir tomar banho convenientemente quando mais alguém está a utilizar a água.
