On the ground floor, there is a spacious double suite equipped with air conditioning, 2 steps up there are 2 more bedrooms also with air conditioning and a bathroom with a spacious shower.



On the first floor there is only the main double suite with air conditioning and a marvellous balcony with outdoor furniture, shower and a fabulous sea view.

This property has air conditioning only in the bedrooms.



The spacious living room is very comfortable with a fireplace, equipped with LCD TV, foreign television channels, internet and has access to the outdoor dining area, barbecue, swimming pool and garden. Also on that floor there is a relaxing games space with table tennis, table football and WI for payment.

Municipal Tourist Tax

To ensure that the pool and garden are kept in the best condition, periodic maintenance may be carried out during your stay. Technicians may briefly access only the external areas of the property to carry out this work. No access to the interior of the accommodation will be necessary.
