O hotel é excelente, as acomodações são incríveis, falta um pouco de treinamento da equipe da recepção, precisei falar com uma gerente para resolver um assunto e ela estava ao telefone e não quis me atender, seu nome é Ana. Sugiro mais atenção para que um hotel tão magnífico não venha a ter sua reputação ruim em função de funcionários que não tratam seus clientes de maneira adequada. Room for improvement

Residences are spotless and extremely well equipped. We were very comfortable. Service is where this hotel needs improving. The hotel wasnt full yet everything took forever, from buggies to the room to simple requests like extra blankets or water. Service at breakfast is also slow and unorganised. Everyone is friendly enough but they aren’t very efficient and every member of staff gives you different information. Sort the service out and this place would be amazing and somewhere we would definitely return

Rotten fruits in s new room and the staff is not responding properly they are using other clients credit cards for existing bookings and violate several rules they should have in place to make a stay pleasant Apologies don’t exist and they are always right and make this stay an embarrassing experience

The Management is not capable to resolve the gate of the entrance of the property. The average waiting time to access the security gate is 25 min and the guards sleep literally. Mini Bar won’t be filled up even if you call them 3 times exceptionally lazy staff. 5 Star Hotel can’t deliver a scoop of icecream with room service. The most used term in the W is Not Possible and that’s the wrong word on a 850 EUR a night Suite.

Fantastic Hotel

One of the best experience we have had. Service is outstanding. Food as well. Rooms are very contemporary done with well taste. Heated pool was so nice to dip in knowing the day we came wasn't the warmest. Live DJ by the pool was a fun surprise. Can't wait to return!
