Our family met in Albuquerque for a family event and thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. David the host was quick to respond to the few questions we had, the home was the best equipped of any we've stayed at, the beds were comfortable, and the location perfect ... just a block from Old Town.

We very much enjoyed our stay in Sam's lovely adobe home! We had everything we needed. Old Town was within walking distance and the neighborhood was quiet. Charming and in the perfect location

This home is so charming and cozy. We had a lovely stay with our daughter and our dogs. You can walk in minutes to historic old town shops, restaurants, wine cellars, and a grassy park. I would highly recommend this property and would love to stay again.

The house was the perfect place for the five of us! The location was near shops, restaurants, yet tucked into a quiet neighborhood. The rooms were nicely furnished, the beds were very comfortable, and everything was very clean. Small things like a variety of pillows, soft linens, and thoughtful supplies added to our comfort. I enjoyed sitting on the back patio, the views from the kitchen, and having space to relax between outings. The owner was responsive and kind when I checked in early without thinking about the time (it had been a long day!) I would definitely stay here again!
