What a great home in a highly sought after area of Paseo Del Norte. Great New Home with Granite Counters, Wood tile Floors, Custom Cabinets, Fresh Paint, New Carpet and Wonderful Landscaping. Home Features an Open Floor Plan with plenty of Seating. 4 Bedrooms with 3 Queen Beds a Full Futon Couch and a Primary Bedroom with a King bed. Back yard is fully landscaped with BBQ, Hottub, Water Fall Feature, Privacy and Mountain Views. 2 blocks from a great park, walk out to running trails, bike trails and sandia scenery. Trader Joes is .5 miles away and Balloon Fiesta Park is 2 miles away. Santa Fe is 40 Minutes away door to downtown :)

I was staying there with eight girlfriends for a wedding in town. The house was in a great location and we all thoroughly enjoyed our stay. I definitely would recommend this house. Thanks!

Great place!

Loved the location. It’s close to so many things-restaurants, coffee shops, grocery stores, fun activities! It was clean and had everything we needed. The owner was amazing and very attentive. We had a small air conditioning issue, so we called the emergency number and CJ immediately called the people to come fix it, but then also refunded us some of our money for our trouble. He’s a great guy. We will definitely stay at this house again or one of CJ’s other properties.

Beautiful home and location. Not very comfortable. Basic amenities.

Beautiful home. Surprised glassware was limited to 5 water glasses, 2 wine glasses and 5 coffee cups. We advised a party of 8 adults. We had 4 towels for the jacuzzi. Required to shop for Coffee, water and tissues. No extra blankets, pillows. Was saddened my guests were not comfortable with their stay.

Great home!

We went to Albuquerque to surprise our son and the time together was perfect! The home was great for our visit! The layout of the home and bedrooms were great. The outside area would have perfect if it had a little warmer and less windy but still beautiful. Could never get tired of the view!

Love the property and the location.

It is our second time to stay at this property. It is a great house with a great location. We love the space and the hot tub. There are a few minor maintenance issues that need to be addressed on the property, but assuming the owner fixes those, as I am sure he will, I would highly recommend this property.

Great stay

My family stayed at this house for a family wedding that was taking place at the Sandia Resort. The location was great and the accommodations very fitting for our group. There was a nice space for reading that was separate from those who watched TV, and the outdoor patio area was great. My only criticism is that there were only 2 wine glasses for a group of 5 adults.

Balloon fiesta annular eclipse

Was a good location for the balloon fiesta. From the balcony there’s a decent view of the ascension with binoculars. Was a comfortable property for our party of 8. The property owner responded quickly after leaving a voicemail, I’m not sure he saw my messages I sent using the VRBO app.He was very thoughtful leaving us glasses for the eclipse. There are towels for the jacuzzi and there is a coffee pot and a Kurig

Great location in a beautiful suburban neighborhood

My husband and I stayed with our four girls, my daughter’s boyfriend and dog. The home was as posted. The bedroom situation met our need perfectly! The master was large enough that our two younger girls stayed, one on the floor on a sleeping bag and the other on the futon at the end of the bed. There was an ant problem in the kitchen, bathroom and indoor trash can. There were a couple minor upkeep issues; toilet paper holder coming out of the wall in master and some lights and fans not working. There is a Keurig but no pods, only ground coffee but no coffee maker. The location was wonderful, a quiet suburban neighborhood that was great for walking the dog.

Nice quick stay

This was a great place to stay for a short visit. Beds were comfortable, neighborhood is nice and quiet, and the backyard is lovely. The kitchen has the basic necessities.

Very clean and spacious with a quiet neighborhood

The home was very spacious and clean. We didn’t get to use the hot tub due to not working two days before our stay which was one of the reason we booked but the owner was very nice about telling us ahead of time.

Nice property, great location, quiet neighborhood but needs some supplies

We had a great time at this property and appreciated that the house was clean, spacious, and convenient to everything we did during our stay. The house is listed as accommodating up to 10 people. However, there were limited supplies. It would be great for the owner/property manager to add more towels (including for hot tub), glasses/wine glasses, plastic cups for outdoor use, pillows, blankets, soap/shower gel. Charming and homey

This home is very clean, comfortable and well appointed. I appreciate a dust-free, clutter-free home but my favorite part of this stay was the sweet yard and the neighborhood. I loved taking early morning walks in this very sweet community. The people are warm and friendly and the gardens are lovely. Watching the sun come up over the mountains is a positive way to start the day. This morning walk was the highlight of my stay here. The house is conveniently located to shops and restaurants. The manager is very responsive and helpful. I enjoyed this home very much.

Beautiful home, excellent location

We stayed with 6 adults in our party. The home is really nice and is just as it looks online. It is nicely equipped with kitchen utensils and other things. The location is in one of the best parts of Albuquerque. My only complaint is that the 4th bedroom has two pull out futons that are not comfortable for an adult. I highly recommend this home for a family.
