It was the perfect house for our stay. It was nice to have bodywash and shampoo in the showers. Loved the location because it was right down the street from family that we were visiting. Would definitely stay there again!!

Another Great Stay in ABQ

This was our second time staying in Nob Hill. The house and host could not be more delightful. The location is perfect for heading in any direction into or out of town. We definitely would like to stay again!

Delightful stay

This is our absolute fav place to stay! Kris is an excellent host. We’ve stayed several times. Very comfortable beds, great showers, best stocked kitchen, quiet neighborhood close to UNM, lots of restaurants & activities in ABQ to do! Highly recommend!!

Our new favor spot in ABQ

Perfect little spot for our biennial Opera trips to Albuquerque. Everything as advertised with lots of little bonus surprises. Kristin was great to deal with and we will be back

Lovely Nob Hill Stay

The property is within walking distance of the fun Nob Hill shops and restaurants. But the neighborhood is quiet and the neighbors are friendly. The place was well appointed and really comfortable. The eclectic artwork made it extra special. Will definitely look at staying here again next time I'm in town!

Charming Little House

Cutest little house. Very nice neighborhood with friendly people. Absolutely loved the back covered patio. Close to restaurants, shops, grocery stores. Kris was easy to contact and work with. We would definitely stay again.

A gem of a Home

Our stay at Kris's place was great. It's in a nice, safe residential area. It's so comfortable and the house has been updated. There's everything you would need if you forgot something! The artwork is wonderful. We will definitely stay here again!

This place is awesome!

We have stayed at numerous VRBO's, and this one is definitely our favorite. It is comfortable, cozy and immaculate. The home was thoughtfully well stocked with bathroom and kitchen items. We spent a good deal of time sitting on the back patio, including eating our meals out there. The neighborhood was really nice and very accessible to I40. Loved this place and plan to book again!

Albuquerque in February

This was a great place for relaxing in Albuquerque. The location is perfect for us - close to Nob Hill and walkable to the University, not to mention all manner of shops and restaurants and even an independent movie theater and a food coop. Kris made the experience simple. Access was easy, place is very comfortable, clean and welcoming. It couldn’t be better. We’ll be back.

Sweet Retreat

Can really feel the love Kris has put into this home. So many amenities, including comfy bed, soft linens and kitchen gadgets of every kind. The decor is southwest in a tasteful way. Friendly neighborhood, quiet yet walkable to Nob Hill business area . The backyard is a peaceful place to relax.

Beautiful, clean and cozy!

We stayed in this property for three days on a mini vacation with our son, who is 15. We love the property, very easy to find, very clean, very easy to communicate with owner, she’s an excellent host. We communicated over texts in the VRBO app. She answered quick and informative. The check-in was very easy as well, we got the code for the lock box before we arrived. I highly recommend this property and will definitely stay here again next time we’re coming to Albuquerque!

Quick weekend stay

I happened to be playing in a hockey tournament in Albuquerque and needed a place to stay. This home was perfect. It had all the amenities I wanted/needed for the downtime between games. I was able to fix some nice meals in the well-stocked kitchen and then relax in the comfortable living room. The house was clean and tidy; everything we needed was available. The location as very good as well. Easy access to shopping and the neighborhood was quiet and safe.

This was our second stay in Kristin’s house, and it was just as nice as the first. Clean and well-appointed, with nice touches like coffee and sparkling water waiting when you arrive. We frequently walked in the neighborhood, and this seems to be what people do as we crossed paths with several friendly neighbors. Easy and quick host communication, convenient and quiet location. Recommended.

Best Hostess!

We came to ABQ to visit my daughter. Kris was the best hostess ever. She was extremely flexible and accommodating. She allows you to enjoy your vacation without ridiculous rules. I highly recommend her place. It was one of the best short term rentals I’ve stayed in-clean, great location, well stocked, and wonderful hostess.

We'll be back!

From the start of the booking of this lovely home, Kristin was so easy to work with and helpful. When we finally arrived, we found the house clean and well-appointed. The beds were comfortable, the towels thick and plentiful, and the kitchen equipped with everything you need. This is an established neighborhood, with neighbors out walking their dogs on the quiet street, so feels safe and comfortable, and it's got easy access to ABQ amenities. We're very much looking forward to returning in a couple of months! It's a house that feels like a home away from home.

Great Stay in a Lovely Home

The adults and kids thoroughly enjoyed our brief vacation in ABQ and Kris’ clean and quiet home was a fantastic launching pad for the Petroglyph National Monument, Museum of Natural History & Science, The BioPark Zoo and Explora. The home was art-filled, super cozy and well-stocked with towels and kitchen pantry items. The beds and pillows were comfortable. The Nespresso, luggage racks, and list of local food suggestions (we ate well at The Shop, Farina & Sawmill Market) were greatly appreciated! It was so fun to see snow in ABQ on our last day, too. We’d like to visit again to ride the Sandia Peak Tram and go on more hikes…and when we do return, we hope Kris’ cute home will be available.
