Perfect location for the balloon festival. Sahil was great and we really appreciate the shuttle service being offered. Roger was very helpful and gave great advice about the area. Breakfast was good and appreciate that the hours were early enough for us to take advantage of and still get to the festiva in time to enjoy everything. We highly recommend this hotel when staying in Albuquerque. Clean, safe with plenty of parking and was able to see the balloons from our room😊

The room was spacious, very clean, and I particularly liked the room lighting (lots of indirect non-glare soft lights) which made the room feel homey.

Roger S at the front desk was great! I was rolling luggage in on the cart and going over a bump things fell off. Roger was immediately at my side to help, most helpful hotel employee I’ve ever encountered.

Clean room, comfy bed. Very easy to get to off the freeway. Ample parking. I would recommend ear plugs as the street outside can be a bit noisy

Nice clean place but the walls are thin. Neighboring room the person was sick with a cough and and it was like they were in our room. Then someone moved in upstairs and the constant thump of footsteps all night. Everyone was nice place is clean just wish it was more quiet . Just heads up.

We got there late, so we did not enjoy all the amenities. We loved the Dove products in the bathroom. The shower head was weak, poor flow. We slept good in a safe place, thatʼs what mattered after a long drive. Then, we left early for an early appointment. We would spend another night another time. Thank you.

Great breakfast at this location especially the biscuits and gravy! Hotel is in the final stages of remodel but they did a great job with keeping the hall ways and lobby clean during the process. Rooms are clean. Staff was very helpful and friendly.
