"Everything was great except for the front desk staff when it came to help. Why did I pay for a joint room to first be told they were unavailable, I didn’t respond then somehow got what I paid for. On my last day early morning the power was cut from one of the rooms, I called front desk for someone to check it out no one did & nothing was done about it. Let’s not forget I am pregnant, what if I had slip & fell in the slippery shower? Then what? No accommodation for the inconvenience, nothing. Disgusting behavior for a 5 star hotel."

"Great location, good staff, spacious room. However, the hotel building AC was only operating on heating mode (as it was end of March) and the room was too warm and therefore difficult to sleep in (had to open windows, but close them before sleeping due to the street noise). Breakfast quality was below average. "

"Room was not equipped with glasses, only paper cups. The coffee machine was not emptied and we had to do that. It wasn’t easy to do. The elevator had a smell in it, the carpet needed to be shampooed. Staff were excellent. "
