The apartment in Villa Trinacria of 85 sqm. It is located on the first floor of the Villa Trinacria structure, Mediterranean style with stunning sea views. It is 300 meters from the sea. Consisting of three rooms: kitchen, living room and bedroom with a large terrace from where you can enjoy the view of the beautiful beach of the Gulf of Castellammare. Access is via an external staircase. The house was recently renovated and its location ensures a quiet and cool room. In the living kitchen there is a sofa bed that can accommodate a fifth person. The apartment is equipped with every comfort to ensure a pleasant stay, including sun loungers and air conditioning. Guests will have access to common areas of the whole villa: garden, barbecue area, outdoor showers, laundry and private outdoor parking. The apartment is located 1 km. the railway station and 2 km. from Pa-Tp. Restaurants, pizzerias, supermarket, pharmacy and first aid station are approximately 1.5 km away. The strategic location allows easy access to Castellammare del Golfo (2.5 km.) And the cultural historical sites: Palermo, Scopello, S. Vito lo Capo, Trapani, Erice, Segesta and Selinunte. The villa is located in a quiet neighborhood where you can still appreciate perfumes and Sicilian costumes.

Ho affittato molte case e QUESTA è stata la peggiore !!! Esperienza terribile !!! Niente acqua calda, nessun condizionatore d'aria per quando dormi a meno che tu non paghi extra, nessuna luce a meno che tu non paghi di più, non aspettarti alcuna utilità! Non ci tornerei mai più !

un appartement très agréable avec une vue magique

L'appartement possède une terrasse immense et une vue sur le golfe depuis la cuisine. Il est très frais la nuit car il est possible de faire des courants d'air. Quelques petits défauts notamment sur la literie qui serait à revoir. Mais on est sur la plage en 5 minutes à pied (plage de sable publique et immense). Et on à 15 minutes en voiture de la réserve et des plages extraordinaires.

We stayed in this place for 3 nights. Owner does not talk in english at all. If you write her a message in english, she will reply you in italian and you do not have access to "Google translate" you will have a problem to undertand her reply :). First day of our stay we did not have hot water, but next day after we wrote to owner a mesage this problem was solved, the last day of our stay we run out of gas, so we did not have a chance to make a morning coffee. Also if you will need to make shopping in market, you will need car since market is quite far from the apartments. Overall this place was nice, clean, quite and near the sea.

un lieu de séjour très agréable en juin

Appartement bien aménagé dans grande et belle villa, avec une grande terrasse bien équipée pour repas et farniente. Bien situé à proximité de la plage en voiture et tout proche de Castellamare del Golfo. Paola et son mari sont des hôtes très accueillants et attentionnés. Dommage pour nous qu'il y ait eu des travaux dans la villa qui évolue, semble-t-il, vers une petite résidence plus dense.
