George cottage is a sympathetically refurbished double fronted property built in the 1800’s which retains its character, charm & architectural heritage whilst providing a refreshed interior and modern facilities. A luxury cottage for up to 4 people situated in the historic Roman town of Alcester, 1.8 miles to events at the prestigious Ragley Hall, a quick 14 minute drive to Shakespeare’s riverside town of Stratford-Upon-Avon & a 20 minute drive to Broadway, the gateway to the Cotswolds.

The beautifully presented living room has been designed to feel like home from home featuring a comfortable three piece sofa set and 50 inch smart tv where you are able to login to apps such as BBC iPlayer, Netflix and Amazon Prime.

The kitchen space incorporates integrated appliances being a fridge freezer, washing machine & dishwasher as well as an oven, induction hob, microwave, Nespresso machine, kettle, toaster, and is fully equipped. Tea, instant coffee, sugar, oil, salt & pepper are left for your use. The separate dining room hosts a table and 4 chairs for enjoying perfectly prepared meals sourced from our towns shops, butchers or if you don’t fancy cooking something from one of our towns independent takeaways.

Up our cottages characterful staircase, you will find two spacious king size bedrooms.
In the master enjoy a wall mounted 55 inch smart tv, fitted wardrobes, spacious bedside tables where you will find a hairdryer, sideboard with further storage and handmade wood wall panelling. The second bedroom features an original beam and contemporary furnishings as well as a 32 inch smart tv. Both bedrooms are available as two single beds or a super-king all with cosy pillows and bedding.

The bathroom has a large rainfall shower, illuminated mirror and storage for toiletries.

At the back of the property is a large south west facing garden with grass and a patio area.

The property is centrally heated throughout.

There is full fibre Wi-Fi.

There is free, unrestricted on street parking directly outside the cottage.
