What a unique and interesting place to stay. Our room was lovely and comfortable. Located right along the boardwalk. Beautiful breakfast spread with lots of options. I would stay there again.

Impeccable service, very comfortable bed, our room had a wood fire stove and was stocked with wood, the room was large and beautifully decorated and there is an amazing very large garden surrounded by walls so it’s a private oasis of tranquility. Lovely lovely place!

We enjoyed our stay for the most part however a few things were a bit frustrating. The room we reserved should have had two beds not one for my daughter and I. Ultimately they did make a good effort to rectify the error. The accomodations were otherwise nice and clean. The internet was poor which was a problem. The surrounding gardens were very nice as was the breakfast although it would have been helpful if available options for eggs other than hard boiled were made clear in english for non Portugese speakers.

Un lieu atypique dans le style hacienda. Ce sont des hébergements de tourisme déclarés comme un hôtel, or il faut bien réaliser que ce sont presque des locations de chambres ou plus, avec un parc génial de par sa taille , ses différents espaces ( tir à l'arc, piscine, tennis, paddle, billard) avec possibilités d'intimité de part la taille incroyable du jardin et la configuration du lieu. Présence également de poules et de chèvres. En revanche, pour déjeuner , nécessite de sortir de l'espace location pour rejoindre la salle par la rue. Toutefois, pour les amoureux des ambiances musicales et festives, juste en face, pub, resto avec DJ le wkend jusqu'au matin. Si vous êtes amateurs de grand calme , peut être s'abstenir même si, le son de la musique reste acceptable. La literie est très confortable et la chambre très spacieuse mais le style reste rustique et nous a étonnées pour un 4 étoiles.

Een pareltje om te verblijven. Mooie kamers met alle comfort en goede bedden. Leuke tuin met sportmogelijkheden (zwembad, tennis, padel, fietsverhuur, overdekte speelruimte,…). Leuke zithoekjes en ligstoelen. Zeer lekker ontbijt. Zeer goede locatie dichtbij de luchthaven van Lissabon. Leuke restaurantjes (aanrader Al’Sal) op wandelafstand. Mooi en gezellig dorp met mooie promenade en pier. Prachtige zonsondergangen.

O lugar e mobiliário são antigos, mas o local é limpo e espaçoso. O pior é que o carro fica na rua e tem-se que andar arrastando a mala por chão de pedras e em subida. Para quem está com mala, não recomendo. Não tomei café da manhã, porque saímos cedo. Para o que oferece, o preço é alto

Fantastic gem next to Lisbon

Special, fantastic place. Historical building. Room was large and comfortable. Parking plentiful. The grounds are fabulous. This is now my go-to hotel next to the airport but it's also worth staying to explore Alcochete and its restaurants.

Ancien corps de ferme ( ?) restauré pour faire un hôtel . Grande cour et un jardin intérieur . Toutes le chambres donnent dans la cour avec une unique porte fenêtre pour entrée . le tout est sympathique mais pas du tout fonctionnel .Correct , mais je n'y retournerai pas , ( parce que ce n'est pas le style d'hôtel que je préfère )

Hidden gem, close to the airport but a world away

Absolutely beautiful property, hidden from the world, with beautiful gardens, great pool, lots of activities and really comfortable beds, unlike lots of other hotels in the region. Quiet because of the really thick walls, has AC but stayed cool even during very hot weather. Staff were very kind and helpful, and made an amazing breakfast. Immaculately clean and in beautiful shape, preserving the history of a really special place. Alcochete is a lovely little town, and it's an easy walk to the water and restaurants and supermarkets. Plenty of convenient parking and easy check in (remember to have cash or card for 20 Euro deposit for the minibar, refunded in the morning if you don't use. 20 minutes to the airport. Extremely special place!

This is a delightful place and a fun and unexpected find. We were just looking for a place near the airport to stay the night before we left, but wished we could have actually had some time here. It is beautiful with lovely grounds and amenities - pool, tennis, games, bikes. If you love historical places, this is for you. I only wish they had materials telling about the history of the building (written in multiple languages of course). The setting on the coast we lovely, but on a Monday night there was a lack of nearby restaurants. The mattress was a bit hard, but not terrible. The breakfast was amazing and served in an old wine cellar.
