The apartment has a spacious private balcony with views of the port and the sea, equipped with a table for 2 people and a hammock, perfect for relaxing, reading, or enjoying an outdoor dinner. An ideal spot to disconnect and contemplate Mallorcan sunsets.



The living room is spacious and very bright, with large windows that allow you to enjoy natural light and views. It is equipped with a sofa, air conditioning, satellite TV, and dining table, all in a cozy atmosphere. The open kitchen with an American-style bar is fully equipped to cover all your needs during your stay. The main bedroom offers a double bed and allows you to wake up with direct views of the sea, creating an intimate and relaxing environment. Next to the room, the apartment has a bathroom with a shower.

Marítim o review

The property was spotless,however my request for a second pillow prior to arriving for medical reasons was rebuffed,the air con remote had the battery cover missing,allowing the batteries to fall out.I did not report this as my request for a second pillow was met with disinterest.the chairs on the balcony could do with an upgrade.very nice location and well equipped

A little gem in a stunning location.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this lovely apartment. It was spotlessly clean and the location couldn’t be better. You can walk to Alcudia “Old Town” in less than 30 mins.The furniture was clean and comfortable, including the chairs on the balcony which often let properties down. There was a supermarket across the road which sold everything we required, including warm baguettes.The restaurant/bar (Negre) which was below sold great food and drinks. The atmosphere was brilliant and noticed, when people watching, that it was a “Go To” destination. We thought it might be noisy but wasn’t any problem.I would have liked two pillows instead of one pretty flat one and a blanket for the balcony would have been lovely as we were there in May and it got chilly in the evenings.The shower could do with a bit of an upgrade but none of these would stop us returning here.

Tolle Wohnung mit unzureichenden Service

Tolle Lage und saubere Wohnung! Hier hat alles gepasst. Allerdings darf man den Schlüssel im 3 km entfernten Büro abholen (Schlüsselbox). Ohne Auto eine Zumutung! Es gibt keine Schlüsselbox an der Wohnung. Außerdem gab es nur einen Wohnungsschlüssel der zudem stark verzogen war, so dass sich die Haustür erstmals nicht öffnen ließ. Telefonisch erreicht man unter der Agentur Nummer nur einen spanisch sprechenden Anrufbeantworter. Die Agentur antwortet per Mail eine Tag später. WLAN Passwort nirgends zu finden. Service könnte definitiv besser sein!

Lovely apartment in ideal location

Apartment was in ideal location, with a lovely balcony to watch the world go by. The only negative was there are no instructions in the apartment for the wifi, so had to email ideal property, who got back to me first thing in the morning. We would definitely stay here again.

God lejlighed til prisen

Lejligheden ligger centralt i Port d’Alcudia. Man skal forvente megen støj fra omkringliggende restauranter. Lejligheden er lidt slidt. Dobbeltsengen er ikke “delt” så man mærker straks når den anden vender sig! Vi indkøbte solseng da den der var afbilledet ikke forefandtes

Empfehlung mit einem Minuspunkt

Das Apartment selbst ist ohne Einschränkung zu empfehlen, die Lage ist unschlagbar, auch mit den Möglichkeiten in naher Umgebung einkaufen oder essen zu gehen. Was aber definitiv ein Minuspunkt ist - das Restaurant im Erdgeschoss - laute Musik und Partys bis nach Mitternacht sind Alltag, erst recht am Wochenende.

Nice place

All good no issues, we had to contact office to get WiFi code, but only a small issue, everything worked, nice view a little noisy due to local restaurants but we expected that, good parking, very clean and well equipped, zircon kept whole place cool

Holiday

We stayed here for a week, and liked this property very much. The apartment was clean and tidy and had everything you need, but the best part was the balcony overlooking the harbour and the location, really close to all restaurants and shops, literally 1 minute away. Check in easy,just had to pick key up from letting agency, a few mins away by car, where they explained everything you need to know, inc recommendations for restaurants etc. We would happily come back.
